Miellyttävä ympäristö, runsas buffetaamiainen, hyvä sijainti Että vastaanottovirkailija ei hätistelisi (puhelimitse) pois huoneesta siivoajan tulon takia, ainakaan asettaen minuuttiajan esim. 5-10 min jossa pitää poistua...Voisi vain kysyä tarvitaanko siivousta vai ei. Vielä parempi yksinkertaisesti ilmoittaa moneenko siivoajat ovat töissä eli mihin saakka siivous on mahdollista. Suurin osa henkilökunnasta todella ystävällisiä ja hienotunteisia! |

The hotel was very good, in a nice & quiet place where you can find anything you want to enjoy your stay.The staff was very fluent in english and helpfull as well.All the services were proffesional and the price was relatively good for a 4 star hotel. I also liked the breakfast which included a variety of foods and drinks that you can enjoy in an excelent place. I didnt like the fact that my room was on the ground floor, in a room which may previously was used as a storage or something else. Also its too expensive to reach the hotel from the mainland of Venice by boat. |

The location was convenient; a 10 min. walk from the ferry and bus stop, a 5 min. walk to the beach. There were a couple of restaurants around the corner and the setting was quiet in a residential area with beautiful old villas. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast spread had a lot of variety. From the front of the hotel you could see St. Mark's Square. We'd go back. the air conditioning didn't work very well during the day and the room was quite stuffy, but at night it cooled off. The room was quite small, you walked in and the bed took up most of the space. |

very polite , good english speeking staff. excellant position for Lido. I got a room outside the building on the ground floor. Was not at all nice to be outside the building. |

Room was furnished very nicely. Staff was not too helpful. Unless you asked specific questions they offered nothing. For example when we checked in nothing was mentioned about the breakfast facilities or even if breakfast was included with the room. Only by accident we discovered the next morning where the breakfast facilities were. Even when specific questions were asked we got nohing more than a basic answer. No alternate |

The hotel accomodations are very good. The hotel is very beautiful, the breakfast is plentiful, the rooms are very spacious and modern. The location of this hotel is not on the main land of Venice, it is in Lido. You have to pay for the waterboat metro whilst you are there to get onto the mainland to see the Piazza de San Marco, and all of the other sites. |
