La situació de l'hotel és excel·lent doncs estas a tocar del centre però sense aglomeracions ni sorolls. L'hotel està tot reformat, tot nou. Jo hi tornaria a anar en cas de tornar a Venècia. |

I can say if you are paying the amount of money in Venice, it would be difficult to get similar standard of Ruzzini. The breakfast is good and the staffs are nice. Location is fine but not for people have heavy luggages, as it took us 15 minutes walk from Rialto Bridge to the hotel, unless you are wealthy to take watertaxi. We stay on the top floor and the sound of raindrops was a bit irritated at night. |

Location , Design and free upgrade shortage of staff at breakfast time . 1 waiter was doing everything including cleaning tables , making & serving tea & coffee .In fairness he did really well and it wasnt his fault |

the receptionist was very charming and helpful and the room was really nice even though I am not sure it was the deluxe which we had opted for the breakfast I am afraid to say was awful, the croissants were stale and the food was average for a 4 star, Second day all the tables were taken and used and not cleared away with only one member of staff for about 20 tables with no food left out so we felt it would be quicker and less hassle to go out and eat where we actually got warm and fresh croissants. |

The staff were excellant went out of their way to help you. The hotel was very clean. They even took the time to congratulate us on our anniversay and gave complimentary bottle. Great Location to St Marcs Square , Definately go back |

The palace is beautiful, the location an easy walk ( if you are not dragging bags otherwise take a water taxi to the back door). The staff were the most proactively helpful, resourceful and good natured of any that I have experienced in 20 years of international travel. Bravo! the shower in our room was weird - but I'm really struggling to find criticism |

The friendliness & helpfulness of the Hotel staff, the decor & the luxury made us feel like we were in a Palace. We cannot fault the hotel, it is the best we have ever stayed in and made our holiday an unforgetable experience. I would recommend the hotel to all. |

Top services, big rooms. Good decoration, like an ancient Palace, but with all the modern facilities.Good location, near "bus" station of Rialto (don't take a taxi!). The internet plug was in the oposite wall of the room desk's. Breakfast could have more variety. |

The excellent friendly service of the staff as well as the terrific location . We travelled by water taxi from the airport to the door of the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised as we were upgraded to a junior suite and the room was one of the nicest we were ever in. A top class hotel and made Venice a wonderful experience for the short break. |
