Top services, big rooms. Good decoration, like an ancient Palace, but with all the modern facilities.Good location, near "bus" station of Rialto (don't take a taxi!).

The internet plug was in the oposite wall of the room desk's. Breakfast could have more variety.

The excellent friendly service of the staff as well as the terrific location . We travelled by water taxi from the airport to the door of the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised as we were upgraded to a junior suite and the room was one of the nicest we were ever in. A top class hotel and made Venice a wonderful experience for the short break.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Ruzzini Palace! The staff was quite
helpful...answering our questions and giving us very good suggestions!
(Michele and Mario were great!). The room was also great! It was a
great view, spacious, clean and comfortable. ...Also, it was not
difficult to find.

The breakfast selection could have been better but overall it was
satisfactory.

Wonderful hotel, good location, with excellent staff. Very romantic. In particular it is very close to all the major sites, but feels hidden away from the touristy areas.

Excelent hotel located very central in the heart of Venice.Appox five minute walk from Marks sq and Rialto Bridge.Staff ere friendly and helpful.Hotel is over 500yrs old but recently refurbished to a very high standard.The hotel is filled with character.Compliments of the hotel we were given a bottle of sparkling wine and a jacuzzi bath in the room,nice touch as we were on honeymoon..

Breakfast a little plain, better quality meats and produce should be used, but this is a common complaint for me in Italian hotels.

The suite is fantastic, clean, big and comfortable.

I took this hotel for the four pillar bed. Although it's displayed under the junior suite room, but it's not. It's disappointing to know about it upon arrival.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful all the way through. The character of this 15th century building has been preserved, while a modern classical and very tasteful design has been added - nice colours everywhere, fantastic bathrooms etc. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was nice, but could have included eggs, which were now only available as extras (for 8 EUR).

I always think when you see peoples remarks you still take a risk with hotels, but i have to say all the comments were spot on, fantastic hotel, absolutely lovely rooms, clean, new and stylish in every way, ok we had a bit of a job to find but that was our own doing.... only a walk to st marks so great location and the hotel back entrance is right on a canal if you want to arrive in style!
