ottima posizione aperta e panoramica sul campo SM Formosa, edificio antico perfettamente ristrutturato con ampi spazi comuni, camera bellissima ed elegante la colazione con prodotti standard per hotel, senza nessun tocco di originalità e di piacevolezza: adatto per un business hotel, non per un quattro stelle di charme a Venezia! |

Ho apprezzato la cordialità e l'efficienza del personale, la posizione ottimale rispetto a due fra i principali punti di riferimento della città(Rialto e San Marco), il confort e la pulizia delle camere delle camere. |

La camera al sesto piano era un forno. Probabilmente era difettoso l'impianto di riscaldamento. Il giorno dopo ci hanno professionalmente cambiato la camera con una decisamente di qualità superiore scusandosi per il disagio e mandandoci in camera una bottiglia di champagne. Un comportamento ormai raro di questi tempi e in cui il mondo sembra andare al contrario, e quindi ancora più apprezzato. Camere standard un po' troppo piccole ma pulite e carine. |

A beautiful hotel in a great location, only 5-10 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. The Breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. Our room overlooked a canal, which was fine, but there was an apartment on the opposite side of the canal, whose occupants had a party one night that went on into the morning and they were very very noisy! |

The staff was very friendly, noticed it was my birthday from my passport and bought myself, my wife and two travelling friends a drink. Water taxi pulls right up to the hotel. The hotel is very clean. |

The Concierge and Hotel Staff were most helpful.. The room was great and the breakfasts were exellent. We were delighted with our stay and would happily recommend the hotel. |

We loved everything, the place was amazing. We were upgraded to a suite and the staff was very professional. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. We did not want to leave. |

On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and told that our room had been upgraded to a junior suite. The room was fantastic and looked over the square. Cant recommend the hotel enough as everything about the hotel, staff and location was superb!!!!! |

Ordinary people write about the inconveniences of life in venetian hotels. Note should be taken the Ruzzini Palace is splendid and comfortable hotel. We had enjoyed our staying in this hotel. And I must to drop a remark - we were very impressed by professionalism of staff at reception. |

Ruzzini Palace is wonderful place for families to stay. Both of our rooms were upgraded. They were huge with beautiful bathrooms. This hotel offers great value and is in a great location-just a few minutes from the street life at St. Mark's Square. |
