Location to transport and restaurants. Extremely close for all tourist sites in Florence. Very quiet position. The beds were not at all comfortable. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. We arrived by train and it was only about 4 blocks from the train station. They helped get us reservations for various attractions when we needed them. As we had to get up at 4:30 in the morning to catch our flight they not only gave us the standard wake-up call, but 10 min. later the office called themselves to make sure we were up. They also lined up the taxis we needed and made sure we got loaded. They went above and beyond. They do have a lift, however, our rooms were down 3 steps and then up about 8 steps. As we were traveling with my mom and aunt and all their luggage and ours, this was a pain. |

The hotel was very easy to reach (walking) from the train station. It was also easy to walk from the hotel to nearby markets and attractions. The staff were extremely good to deal with. I I make a return trip to Florence, this will be the hotel I try to stay at again. |

Good value for the money. Nice service and helpfull hotel staff, also good breakfast. The room was also quiet. |

The staff were very helpful, especially noteworthy since they see so many one-time clients. The location is excellent, minutes from the train station and 5-10 minutes from the historical center. |

I am in a wheel chair and was amazed how comfortable the hotel was for me. The bathroom was excellent. The internet was not easy but was free. |

The Hotel lounge, although we did not use it.The room whilst smallish was very comfortable and provided all necessary facilities. The breakfast times and quality were very good. The close location to the train station and other facilites was excellent. The plumbing in adjacent room(s) was extremely noisy at all times. |

Zentrale Lage. Gut, wenn man nicht mehr will als schlafen. Frühstück war spartanisch. Keine Eier, fast kein Obst, Zimmer sehr klein, kaum Bewegungsmöglichkeit. Nächstens gehe ich lieber in eine Jugendherberge. Teppichboden war fleckig, Türen, Fußleisten, Fenster suboptimal. Einfach nur billige Absteige. Das ist ok. Personal war freundlich. Gut um sich abends nach vielen Unternehmungen nur noch zum Schlafen hinzulegen ohne weit raus zu fahren oder hohe Preise zu zahlen. Ich beschwere mich nicht. Ich hatte nur einen billigen Schlafplatz für einige Nächte haben wollen. Das war es auch. Ist ok. Guter Minimalstandard. Zum Schlafen und für den anspruchslosen Morgenhunger ausreichend. |

La ubicacion es muy conveniente, sobre todo por la cercania a la Termini. Esto facilita enormemente la movilidad dentro de la ciudad. |

Zeer goed hotel op een prima locatie voor een prima prijs. Ook het feit dat de auto naar een parkeergarage kan worden gebracht is prettig. |

Esta bien cerca de la estacion de Trenes Santa Maria Novella, llegamos a las 11:20 pm y nos atendieron sin problemas. Desayuno bufet completo. La habitación no correspondió a la de la reserva, pedimos una cama doble y nos tieron una habitación con 3 camas simples no correspondia a las fotos de Booking.com, el baño no lo habian limpiado. |

Je n,ai rien aimé,la chambre toute petite avec 2lits jumeaux coincé au fond de la chambre,la tapisserie du mur qui se décolle,pas de possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres et les volets par peur qu'ils tombent,d'ou aucune envie de se détendre avant le repas du soir.Ca ne vaut pas 110€ la nuit.La grosse arnaque le parking. |

Hotel central, limpo e funcional. Funcionários prestáveis. Quarto pequeno mas com tudo o que é necessário. Possibilidade de ter pay tv. Alargamento do período para tomar o pequeno almoço - só até 9h 30m. |
