It was a very friendly and well located hotel. It was near the station and a short walk to see everything. The bus was also close by. Breakfast were good. It was clean and comfy. I would highly recommend this quaint hotel.

The hotel is very well located for all of the Touristic sites, there is a coin op laundry across the street and the breakfast is great.

Location, convenience to transport, restaurants which were just off the main tourist areas and the very helpful and accommodating staff.

Rooms a bit small & dated décor but they clean, & were only used for sleeping as we were out touring.

The shower door was broken. There was a huge amount of hair on the bed that was not mine when I arrived. The yellow top sheet is obviously never washed. I even found what looked like pubic hair in the bed sheets. The wifi barely worked in the rooms. In our other room it didn't work.

    Well located

Needs a makeover. Carpets threadbare. Plumbing very ordinary, maybe things beyond their control but generally everything looked tired and smelled of cigarette smoke

very close to the city center, Duomo, open market

the rooms are in a very old condition, they need to be fixed and repaired, bathroom is very small, and the staff is very professional but not so friendly.

This hotel has a welcoming and friedly staff. Very convenient location, 10 minutes away from train station and bus station. Charming little hotel, we loved it.

Very close to main train station and walking distance to all the major Florence attractions. Very helpful staff, super comfy bed, neat bathroom, reliable wifi and good buffet breakfast.

Only minor issues. There was virtually no TV reception in my room, which was not a huge issue anyway as there are generally few English friendly options on Italian TV. Shower was frustratingly small. After getting the water pressure and temperature just right it was all too easy to bump the handle with your elbow. Arrrrghhh!

    Location close to train station

The bathroom was very dated and the tub was surrounded by mood. The room was damp.

The location was good, walking distance to Santa Maria Novella train station and all major attractions.

The hotel was very basic and in need of major renovation. Bathroom did not flush. Old decor. Would not stay here again.

Very close to the rail station, laundry facility across the street, in room safe. Staff was very nice. My granddaughter left 2 bracelets in the room and one of the staff caught us two blocks away to return them. Bravo to that staff person!!!

Room needed much attention. Walls and floors were dirty. When I complained, no other room was offered to us. Perhaps they were "full"?

    Location is perfect.

There is no privacy if you open your bedroom courtyard door so you have to close the shutters all the time, which means you don't really get to see the daylight while you are in your room.

Hotel Saint Giorgio has a perfect location, close to the central railway station and many historical monuments in town. The cappuccino was great, although the rest of the breakfast was far from good.

The building is old and despite the attempt for restoration, it is not cozy and the smell of mould spreads in the rooms. The bathroom easily floods and looks really bad despite the staff's efforts to leave it clean. The Wi-Fi was very slow; impossible to connect in the evening.

It was close enough to walk to the Santa Maria Novella train/bus station, but also close enough to the Duomo, Uffizi, and open market. The staff was nice.

For convenience sake I chose a hotel that included breakfast, unfortunately it didn't start until 8am, and we had to leave at 7am.

Only a short walk from hotel to the train station. Nice restaurant opposite serving good food. Reception very helpful. Our room was on the top floor and we had a balcony with a great view.

It was walking distance from the train station , a laundry mat, the city of Florence and great restaurants Water pressure and hot water were excellent Breakfast was good and there was a lift so ok to take suitcases up to 3 rd floor

Out room was on the street side and was very noisy, the a/c was not turned on so we had to open window so lots of noise and mosquitoes in May, the bed was 2 twins not a double mattress so you fell into the middle, carpet was very thin in bedroom There was no safe for passports so had to have a money belt for valuables

Very close to the railroad station. Did not need to take a cab. Sebastian was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite decent.

The second time we stayed, the bathroom was inadequate. Small, poor old style hair dryer, the sink wouldn't drain.
