nice staff. the towel in the bathroom change everyday. clear, comfortable. GOOD LOCATION!!!

Location was very good since it was very close to SMN train station.

Room and furnitures was very old, need restoration. It wasn't clean enough. Breakfast was very poor.

I really liked the roome and the atmosphere in the appartment. The style of the room is very romatic.

Good location, close to shops and main points of interest. Uffizi Gallery - about 15 min, railway station - 5 min.

Bathroom is poor.

The staffs are so friendly. The location and room are so nice. It is only 5 min from Firenza train station. If I visit Firenza next time I will choose this hotel. It make me feel like at home.

Dirty sub-standard 3-star hotel. In my opinion not even 2-star.

Very central location, next to the Duomo Cathedral and the main shopping area of Firenze. Clean rooms and very good behaviour of the staff.

Very close to major attractions in Florence and very convenient to the station.

Very nice, friendly, family hotel, near the railway station and near the centre so to visit and shop comfortably. I recommend this hotel and I will return for the next visit.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in a triple room and it was massive - plenty of room for 3 adults and all our bags. Breakfast was typically Italian and quite satisfactory. Price was fantastic and would stay here again very happily.

The wifi didn't work in our room - we were a little too far away from the hot spot but they do advertise free wifi only in the public areas so not a big deal.

The best is the localization of the hotel.It is also good value for money.

Localization is the best point if the hotel,very close to the station and main touristic spots.

I had a problem with this hotel on the first night I arrived. First of all it is a smoking room but I had not yet smoked in there. The phone rang twice about me opening the window when I smoked. So I said I would open it when I smoke. They must have had a problem with the fire alarm because next thing I knew there was someone knocking on my door to come in about the smoking. He smelled the room and then used the phone to ring reception to say the problem wasnt there. That night the mosquitos ate me alive and every other night. The floor smelt as though it had been mopped with a dirty sweaty mop. Then I asked them to clean it again. So the next night the room didnt smell but I still got eaten alive by mossies. Not a very professional business.

Very friendly. Reception staff were very obliging and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel is ok for its place and price. Quiet in the night, good breakfast. In the very center of Florence, near the smn railway station.

* в первую ночь поселили в очень маленькую комнату с двумя отдельными кроватями, вместо заказанной двуспальной. комната была рядом с туалетом соседнего номера и было все слышно, включая запахи. мы сразу попросили поменять номер, но из-за полной загрузки отеля нас переселили только на следующий день. * Очень и очень скудные завтраки, а именно вода (из под крана), разбавленный сок, кофе (оч плохой)/чай, мюсли и йогурт, 1 вид колбасы и сыра, хлеб и каких-то два вида упакованных пиченек. Вот и все :( * Тонкие стены и сырость в номерах. Местами плохо убрано.
