The staff was very helpful. We had a hard time exchanging money and they were very gracious about talking to the restaurant to let us charge our meal. The room was ample and comfortable for our needs. It was difficult to find. |

The lovely building and the atmosphere in the old town No curtains at the windows, so you can't open the shutters if you don't want to be seen from outside. No minibar, so if you're thirsty in the middle of the night you can just use the basin in the bathroom... The breakfast is very poor. On sunday, you'll be waken up at 7 a.m by the bells of the many churches nearby (they ring every 15 minuts until 9). |

Fabulous Hotel in the town of Giovinazzo about 15 minutes by taxi to Bari about €30, or €1.30 for a train.Staff were friendly and accomadating and they collect you from the airport if you want. no swimming pool |

The hotel is very beautiful being a converted monastery located in the original building in a magnificent seaside location in the old town with its narrow cobbled streets and small harbour. Rooms and furnishings beautiful with massive beds but all mod cons thoughtfully and carefully installed. |

Wunderbar in ein altes Kloster eingerichtete, sehr geschmackvolle Räume. herrliche Aussicht, großes Bad (mit altem Gewölbe), großer Blumenstrauß auf dem Tisch, sehr nettes Personal... Es ist etwas schwer zu finden, aber zum Glück gibt es ja nette Italiener! Außerdem leben in der Nachbarschaft ca. 2 Mio. ziemlich lärmende Vögel, und wenn man wegen diesen das Fenster schloss, sprang die Heizung an (an und für sich ein tolles Prinzip!) - mit Lärm... |

Das Hotel ist in einem ehemaligen Kloster. Die Lage ist sensationell in der Altstadt von Giovinazzo. Jedes Zimmer ist individuell mit Antiquitäten schön eingerichtet. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und belesen und bietet einen persönlichen Shuttle-Service vom/zum Flughafen. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. |

O hotel fica numa cidadezinha encantadora perto de Bari. O edifìcio era um monastério medieval que foi muito bem restaurado. Tem um terraço aberto com vista linda. O staff é gentil e confiàvel. Muito boa a relaçào custo X benefìcio. O café da manhà deixa a desejar e nào tem frigobar. |

Fraai gerestaureerd klooster met behoud van oude details in romantisch deel van Giovinazzo. Zeker ook de moeite waard is het bij het hotel behorende restaurant L'Osteria dei Poeti waar op hoog niveau gekookt werd. |

La rénovation de l'ancien monastère est très réussie.Le personnel est plus que charmant puisque le propriétaire s'st impliqué dans cette rénovation et est présent à la réception. Notre chambre était très petite avec des beaux meubles mais qui prenaient trop de place et n'étaient pas fonctionnes.Prix trop élevé pour l'espace. |

Désirant éviter Bari le soir avec une voiture en venant de l'aéroport et devant repartir le lendemain pour Bitonto, avons choisi Giovinazzo, proche de l'aéroport. Demeure historique de charme extraordinaire dans vieux bourg au bord de mer. Trés difficile à trouver malgré le plan de booking.com, avons trouvé grâce à un quidam sympa qui nous y a mené à minuit. Devant la porte nous n'aurions pas deviné que c'était là, pas d'enseigne visible. Parking problématique comme d'habitude centre ville en Italie |

We hebben slechts 1 nacht in het hotel overnacht. Het is een mooi gebouw op een superlokatie. Ook konden we voor € 20 worden opgehaald bij het vliegveld Bari. Het hotel zelf is echter zwaar gedateerd qua inrichting en kamers en daarom de €120 per nacht niet waard |

Besonders schöner historischer Bau, dessen Eigentümer voller Begeisterung interessierte Gäste führt, und überaus freundlich betreut. Die Lage im historischen Zentrum ist in jeder Hinicht einmalig. Absolute Ruhe in autofreier wunderschön restaurierter Altstadt. Phantastischer Blick auf das Meer. Man sollte als Gast wenigstens etwas Italienisch sprechen und verstehen. Das Hotel ist im Gassengewirr der historischen Altstadt nur zu finden, wenn man sich - auf Italienisch! - "durchfragt". Die Hilfsbereitschaft der so Angesprochenen war allerdings beeindruckend. |
