Da vi stoppa utafor, var det bare helt fantastisk. Booket hotellet på bakgrunn av at det hørtes uttrolig fasinerende ut at det var et ombygd kloster. Det var enda bedre enn forventet. Koselig, fint, fantastisk beliggenhet like ved sjøen. Stille og rolig i ytterkant av gamlebyen. En god atmosfære inne og ute. Fikk utsikt mot sjøen og takterassene, som gikk helt rundt og man fikk oversikt over hele byen.. Det kunne ikke vært bedre. Synd vi ikke hadde mer tid til å være lengre. Likte også at det var brukt gamle skap og kommoder på rommene og i gangene, det passet veldig godt inn i et hus som er så gammelt. Like ved lå en flott restaurant med god rimelig mat, og ikke minst en hyggelig eier. Personalet på hotellet var også utrolig hyggelige. Dette hotellet anbefales på det varmeste. Dusjen kunne vært bedre vasket, og det var litt dårlig trykk på vannet. Uansett gikk det helt fint an å bli ren. Alt annet som var positivt gjorde at dette ble en bagatell. Kunne ikke se noen strand i nærheten, og det var heller ikke noe basseng.

Nice Large Room. Located in an old House in old town, Close to Sea. Nice Little town. Parking was easy too. Free parking Close to Hotel. We Liked the deco in Hotel, but the bathrooms could Be renovated.

The exceptionally friendly staff who to say were helpful and friendly is the understatement of the year. The calibre of the hotel was much better than we expected for the money we paid. The location, for us, was perfect, in the historic centre of a beautiful little town but which had excellent connections by rail to Bari. Having travelled all over the beautiful country of Italy this has to be one of the most exquisite locations yet.

A beautifully converted convent, by the sea with the best contemporary hotel facilities in an interesting, if small port town. Some 20 mins by car from Bari airport. Superbly professional, kind and helpful reception - as also other staff. A great base for business people, those in transit, or tourists exporing the area. I loved it! Nothing really. (But I was attacked by midges [meaner than mosquitos] - in the hotel - but that could be seasonal.

Very well located for our needs. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The room was not as clean as it should be. The air conditioning did not work but they did adjust the rate.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in an old stone monastery and had a great deal of character. It is located in a very quaint and beautiful town and overlooks the sea. The shower could use a bit of refurbishing.

Hotel was a wonderful development of a former monastry Breakfast was first class Good location close the seafront and town center Our bedroom was very noisy as it was above a bar playing live music; We had to move 2 rooms at midnight before we got a quiet room (2nd room had an airconditioner directly in front of the window). I had to insist upon a better price reduction than was reluctantly offerred. Por sleep took the edge of what is a very nice hotel.

Good location in old medieval town centre close by the sea with lovely views across the town and sea. Very well presented small hotel, completely restored to a high standard with particular attention to fine detail. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Booked for one night, but stayed for three nights.

Very calm, peacefull and relaxing athmosphere. Perfect location in the very center of a pretty little town, which is very close to Palese airport. I would recommend to stay here much more than staying in Bari. We had a room with a sea view where you could see beautiful sunsets. It's a pitty we stayed there just for 1 night.

Fantastic old convent with a great location and sea views. The ambiance of the hotel is fantastic. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. If possible, the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. Like putting a blanket direktly on a piece of wood. Rock hard! (Tip to the hotel - just go to ikea and buy some extra padded madrasses and put them on top of the bed and you'll be fine). Also, you can hear all the other rooms in the morning really well. I woke up thinking it was my friend opening doors and pulling out drawers in our room. That's how noisy it was. And people walking and talking in the hallways sounds loud and clear.

Very nice location ! The hotel faces the sea-front, we enjoyed a beautiful piece of scenery. Staff were professional and very helpful. When we asked about the restaurants near the hotel, one of the staff booked the seats of a restaurant that he recommended for us efficiently. Quiet surrounding and clean, comfortable room, we really enjoyed staying in Giovinazzo. Specially, Ms. Luna, I'm looking forward to seeing you again ! Far from the nearest railway station, Trenitalia Giovinazzo.

Stunning hotel , historic building of great beauty delicately and stylishly transformed into a modern hotel, oozes a serene elegance, delicious breakfast with fresh and regional food. Friendly and helpful staff. Heating was set too high in room.

A wonderful hotel that focuses on the small details. Beautiful architecture, with comfortable rooms and wonderful sea views. Also, a lovely reading room. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Very good value for money. A real find, one of the best hotels in Europe for the money.

Location, 30 min. drive from Bari and at the rim of the Giovinazzo's old quarter just above sea shore. Amazing view, very good breakfast, beautiful building and a very helpful staff.

Very disappointed about this hotel. In our holiday we had ten hotels, all were good, but this hotel did not realise the expectation they suggested by the photographs on the site. But especially the behaviour of the staff was bad.

La struttura è bellissima, molto caratteristica, come descritta nel sito, ossia un vecchio convento di suore. A 50 metri c'è un parcheggio pubblico dove lasciare l'auto. Le parti comuni sono piene di mobili antichi uno diverso dall'altro. La posizione è sul mare, in una cittadina tranquilla, che vi permette di fare una passeggiata, di mangiare bene in qualche ristorante locale, di arrivare all'aeroporto di Bari/Palese in dieci minuti d'auto, di visitare la città di Bari e non solo. Lo staff è gentilissimo, disponibilissimo e preparato, specialmente (per quanto mi riguarda) il portiere di Bari con I baffetti che colgo l'occasione di salutare. La colazione a buffet è buona. Francamente non me la sento di scrivere cose negative su questa struttura ma vorrei consigliare di eliminare la cucina dalla camera da letto che rovina il look della stanza, ristrutturerei il bagno che non si addice alla stupenda struttura e tirerei un pò le orecchie alle signore addette ai piani affinchè puliscano un pò più a fondo, specialmente I bagni. Tutto questo da prendere come consiglio solo per migliorare una struttura di per se fantastica che non può permettersi di cadere su queste sciocchezze. Infine il wireless (nella hall c'è) ai piani che ormai all'estero hanno anche gli hotel a due stelle.
