Friendly helpful staff. The walls are paper thin(or badly laid out) and you can hear every word and sound from the next bedroom. And some people can be particularly noisy - all night long. |

Family-run places are normally more cosy than hotels, this goes for Sa Domu Cheta as well. Complementi to Vincenzo and his mother for excellent service, the place is perfect for couples and small groups of friends, not so much for families with kids. Looking forward to the library they are preparing upstairs. They should have better light in the bathroom. |

The location is good, near the centre of town, easy to get to the old town, piazza yenne, piazza mazzeotti etc. hotel staff is very good, helpful and speaks fluent english and spanish. rooms in the annex next door, although comfortable and clean are not as stylish as in the main part of the hotel |

Very central location. Staff very welcoming considering late arrival time - 1.00pm after ryanair flight and no taxi at airport!!!! Surprising breakfasts of sweet pastries and cakes, not for the calorie conscious! But delicious all the same. Possibly the rooms could have been cleaned earlier, almost 4.00 before our room was cleaned - siesta time after a day out was interupted by a very nice cleaner. |

Close to amenities Disliked the noise, and the buzzer system that was in place when entering the security doors as they went off all througout the night |

It was close to all the city amenities and within walking distance of many nice restaurants. Our room was in the annex, up 22 stairs which were extremely steep, on reflection we should have complained. The room was a lot more basic than we had been led to believe. there was no mirror in the room only one in the bathroom which was poorly lit. No drawers space and very small. We had a leak in the bathroom which was not fixed during our stay although we mentioned it to the person in charge. |

friendly service, straight in the city, nice rooms going up and down all the time as the reception / breakfast room was in the other building, and mine first floor next building. Reception service not always available. |

Small lovely renovated hotel that lies in the heart of the city. Excellent and helpful staff. Typical but extensive Italian breakfast. |

The courtesy of the staff and the delightful way that the facility had been converted to hotel status was a top class If one was very "picky", then perhaps the provision of a more substantial breakfast would be an improvement |

Staff were very friendly & helpful, & with great suggestions on where to eat & drink. Great central location, close to Botanic Gardens, Old City & Cathedral, Roman Amphitheatre & seafront, plus easy walking distance to lots of bars & restaurants. Room was noisy at night, as there was a bar opposite that was open till late, & the smokers were drinking on the street. |

Central location in this exciting city. Bustling place yet relatively unspoiled as yet by tourism Nothing to dislike but stpes up to rooms are very steep for the less fit. |
