It was close to all the city amenities and within walking distance of many nice restaurants. Our room was in the annex, up 22 stairs which were extremely steep, on reflection we should have complained. The room was a lot more basic than we had been led to believe. there was no mirror in the room only one in the bathroom which was poorly lit. No drawers space and very small. We had a leak in the bathroom which was not fixed during our stay although we mentioned it to the person in charge. |

friendly service, straight in the city, nice rooms going up and down all the time as the reception / breakfast room was in the other building, and mine first floor next building. Reception service not always available. |

Small lovely renovated hotel that lies in the heart of the city. Excellent and helpful staff. Typical but extensive Italian breakfast. |

The courtesy of the staff and the delightful way that the facility had been converted to hotel status was a top class If one was very "picky", then perhaps the provision of a more substantial breakfast would be an improvement |

Staff were very friendly & helpful, & with great suggestions on where to eat & drink. Great central location, close to Botanic Gardens, Old City & Cathedral, Roman Amphitheatre & seafront, plus easy walking distance to lots of bars & restaurants. Room was noisy at night, as there was a bar opposite that was open till late, & the smokers were drinking on the street. |

Central location in this exciting city. Bustling place yet relatively unspoiled as yet by tourism Nothing to dislike but stpes up to rooms are very steep for the less fit. |

Nice little hotel/B&B just in the centre of the town. good restaurants and interesting buildings within walking distance. Staff is ready to help. rooms are a bit noisy. f.e.you can hear the t.v. of your neighbours room. rooms wih a view at the street can give you trouble during weekends |

The place is ideally situated between the city and the maritime quarter. The personnel was very helpfull. The breakfast is good for Italian standards (only sweet things) Our room was small and a bit depressive, window looked out on a small innercourt. The shower cabin was microsize. There is no fire escape, in case of fire, you are doomed. |

The kindness of the staff who promptly changed our room after we complained about it not be charming as expected. The second room itself and the tiny but elegant space for breakfast and reception. I also loved the Italian-style breakfast with its homemade cake and traditional Sardinian cookies and the staff's professional consistent desire to please us. The room they first assigned to us. While it was sparkling clean, with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom, it lacked the charm I expected from the descriptions and the photos I had seen. Also the smallness of the shower and the lack of shelves or containers to put one's shampoo etc. while showering. I believe a different design of the bathrooms could have accommodated a larger shower. |

Excellent location, in the very heart of the city, still on a quiet side street. The building itself and the room decor are modest but still very elegant. The staff was very willing to help with anything we asked about. a little difficult to find, a proper sign would help. |
