The worst staff in the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. this is a 4 star hotel, yet at 11pm we were locked out of the hotel for more than 10 minutes because the night porter was else where and no apology offered to the many guest waiting when he did surface! |

Good breakfast and swimming pool The free shuttle bus from the airport had to be reserved which was not clear from the website. Internet was not working in the room, only in the lobby. Too far away from airport and from city center. |

Un hotel anonimo, senza anima, gestito in maniera asettica. Personale plastificato, professionalità sufficiente. Sembra quasi che ti vogliano far capire che sei solyanto un numero di stanza. E' vero ma non ci tornerei volentieri. |

Nonostante vicino all'areoporto, le stanze sono molto silenziose. La cena al ristorante era di buona qualita'. Il transfer per l'areoporto che comincia dalle sette. Essendo cosi' vicino all'areoporto, penso sia utilizzato molto come appoggio per chi deve prendere un volo presto al mattino, ed alora perche' non avere il transfer gia' per il primo volo? |

Personale molto gentile, fantastica l'area relax con sauna, ottima la posizione, deliziose le pietanze al ristorante interno. Peccato che la colazione a buffet non sia inclusa e costi 12 euro per chi la desidera. |

Buona la posizione a ridosso dell'aeroporto e non lontano dal centro. Camere molto silenziose, bella la zona relax con piscina all'aperto nel giardino e anche la parte wellness con piscina coperta e sauna. Ristorante molto buono (con una parte all'aperto che da sul giardino della piscina) e comodo anche il bar sempre aperto che da direttamente sull'autostrada |

Mir hat die Dame an der Rezeptrion sehr gut gefallen, sie konnte gut Deutsch und hat sich auch sehr um uns bemüht. Der Transfer nach Verona und zur Arena hat hervorragend funktioniert. Der Tresor war kaputt, und es wurde noch nicht mal versucht der Sache auf den Grund zu gehen. Außerdem war das Personal im Frühstücksraum sehr sehr unfreundlich. Wenn man gegen neun Uhr zum frühstücken gekommen ist, waren keine Tische mehr eingedeckt, nach Aufforderung ist uns das Besteck und die Serviette auf den Tisch geknallt worden und zum Teil ist das Essen nicht wieder aufgefüllt worden. Nachdem am zweiten Tag aber nach uns noch eine Horde italiensche Männer im Frühstücksraum erschienen sind, wurde plötzlich das Essen wieder aufgefüllt und die beiden Bedienungen konnten auf einmal auch lächeln. Ich habe mich diesbezüglich auf im Hotel beschwert. Das Hotel kann ich deshalb nur bedingt empfehlen. Da die Autobahn direkt am Hotel entlang geht ist es sehr laut wenn man am Außenpool liegt. |
