The staff were very friendly, the views of the mountains and lake were breathe taking.

Shame that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The view was fabulous

The sound proofing was bad

snacks were not available all day

The hotel is so perfectly located, jutting out into the lake making the sceanery of Lake Garda look even more stunning. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotless. We returned here for our 1st Anniversary and where not disappointed. We went at the end of September and the hotel was really quite and peaceful, so a great place to chill out and unwind. The hotel is situated around 3km from Malcesine however they have free bikes for guests to use which get you into town in no time, and the return is fun after a few glasses of prosseco. We will certainly be returning next year.

Stunning location and hotel was to a very high standard

Perfect location - the hotel is just 800 meters away from windsurf station and just 2 km away from the old Malcesine. Very friendly personell. Good food. Very good value for money in my view, especially, if you book for the high season (July - August) well in advance.

The location of the hotel is first class providing a difficult to match scenic backdrop. The cleanliness of the grounds was evident with much attention placed on maintenance of the hotel and grounds. The staff were excellent in politeness and attentiveness and could not be faulted.

We had booked 3 rooms ; 2 x family rooms and 1 x twin room The 3 berth family rooms were ideal with no complaints. However the twin room was small and claustrophobic. Particularly for the price requested. If we were to return as a couple we would be reluctant to want to stay in a room so small.

The location is of breathtaking beauty. The hotel is a nice structure and well maintained. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice, abundant buffet breakfast.

WiFi is very weak and slow, especially in the rooms, and it costs EUR 1.50/day. Water pressure of shower quite variable, but mostly weak. Room can be cold at times.

Good 4 star hotel

The hotel is very very beatiul. everything is new and clean and designed with taste. The crow is very very nice and really like to help and council (when we just arrived they immidiatley offered us drinks without any charge) the view is wonderful- you can see the mountains all around, and the hotel is on the shore of the lake. Thre's also a swimming pool (but it was too cold to get in)

not all the staff speaks english, but it's not a big deal

Nice stay - excellent situated at the lakeside, unfortunately, weather was not as good.

However, people very sensitive to road noise should search another hotel - but when you want to stay at the lakeside, you have to accept a bit of noise due to the special situation of roads at lakesides..

It was raining heavily on our arrival the staff gave us towels to dry up followed by a complimentary drink. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, they made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Sehr gutes Hotel, gute Zimmer, herforragende Betten, Personal ist ausgezeichnet, Die Anlage ist prefekt.

Был первый раз в этом отели, по совету друзей. СУПЕР!!!!!!!!!! Могу написать целое сочинение, но это займет очень много времени. По моему мнению, это лучший отель в Мальчезине. ВСЕ ПРОСТО СУПЕР!!!!!!!!!

хороший отель с отличным расположением прямо на берегу озера гарда, шикарные виды, для виндсерферов есть все для хранения парусов и досок. прогулочные велосипеды дают бесплатно. отличный завтрак, можно заказывать ужин в отеле за 20 евро на человека. номера чистые и красивые - небольшие 2-х этажные домики в саду. у нас был на первом этаже в выходом в садик.

были на майские 4 ночи. погода была преимущественно дождливая, а поскольку в номерах на полу плитка - было холодновато. и еще удивило огромное окно между санузлом и жилой комнатой (особенно в номере для троих, где жили с 7-летним ребенком) - назначение этого окна для меня осталось загадкой (окно из санузла на фасад здания, к счастью, было расположено выше, меньше размером и затонировано:) для детей отель не предусмотрен - никаких развлечений для малышни:)

Ein kleines feines Hotel in toller Lage mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Beste Lage mit Blick über den Gardasee, beheizter Swimmingpool auch im Oktober, bestes Essen, guter Service,

die Fitnessgeräte könnten durch neue ersetzt werden, diese sind eines Vier- Sterne-Hotels nicht würdig

Freundlichkeit des Personal, Preis-Leistung für Abendmenü gut, beste Bademöglichkeiten, zusammenfassend ein gutes Hotel

Die Lage des Hotels.Das sehr gute Frühstückbuffet.Das fünfgängige Abendessen,das man zusätzlich für 20£ noch dazu buchen konnte. Sehr empfehlenswert. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden,die in der Nacht durch ein Tor geschlossen werden.

Der Fernseher war ein älteres Modell ,der nicht immer funktionierte.

Die freundliche Atmosphäre war unvergleichlich, die unaufdringliche Präsenz des Personals war überaus angenehm. Die Toplage direkt am See, die kreative Küche, die angeboten wird in Kombination mit ausgesuchten Weinen zu einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis machten unseren Aufenthalt zu einem schönen Erlebnis.

Lage ist gut.

Das ist kein Hotel, das sind Bungalows. Für 4 Sterne erwarte ich etwas anderes. Wir werden nie wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.
