it was clean and they had an elevator there was no wi-fi at the hotel and the street noise was loud but they do try with double pane windows and heavy metal shutters; since it was winter it didn't matter that much, I bet with no air-con during the summer it would be bad. the owner was a little creepy with his insistance on what we should do, when we should be at the hotel because of his cleaning schedule and what restaurant we should eat at. the entering our room more than one time per day and cleaning and rearranging ALL our things was a little over the line. the fridge didn't work. the twin beds pushed together were rather broken down on the sides in the middle and they had a tendancy to separate. the breakfast was rather stingy. it was a little overpriced, considering |

The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. The location is right in the heart of Stresa. Good value for the money. |

Gianni the host was very helpful,went out of his way to give information about the area. We stayed on a very busy weekend, and there was an extreme amount of street/party noise. However, it was probably a one-time thing. |

Mr Saini's attention, suggestions, availability, charm, and devotion to his hotel made the stay there family-like. The small hotel itself is a work of Mr Saini's imagination and taste....very comfortable and unique, and located in the center of Stresa, a minute or two from the ferry dock to the islands and other towns around the lake. |

Le patron nous a bien conseillé pour des restaurants, réservé une navette pour aller sur l'île aux Pécheurs le soir. En plus comme il parle français pas de problème de compréhension. Très gentil et serviable. Peut être un peu bruyant si la chambre donne sur la rue. Et pas de bonne isolation non plus à l'intérieur. |

L'albergo è molto centrale e commodo per andare in giro per la città anche se non ci si arriva perfettamente bene con la macchina per scaricare i baggagli. La prima colazione non è fantastica e potrebbe essere migliorata riguardo la scelta offerta. |

L'hotel est bien situé dans le quartier centre ville proche de tous les centres d'intérets! La ventilation....pas de climatisation et les frigos soi disant en panne dans tout l'hotel ,tout cela en plein mois d'aout c'est impardonnable!!! |

Herr Saini ist sehr engagiert seinen Gästen mit Tipps zu Unternehmungen, Lokalen usw. behilflich zu sein. Sehr zentrale Lage im Ort führt dazu, dass bei Übernachtung im Zimmer zur Straße das südländische Flair bis in die Nacht hautnah zu erleben ist. |
