Good service and cleaning, perfect location with walking distance to almost everything. The hotel was much better than we expected. Breakfast could be better. |

The Hotel has minimal number of things necessary for comfortable staying at the hotel: hot water, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, pleasant design of the room. Room is not bad, but the Hotel by itself could be better. There are some hotels at the same building. Small reception. When we come to our room, bedclothes was durty (after sombody's sex). But after our request, it was changed. |

Nous avons apprécié, la situation de l'hotel par rapport à la gare de Termini (10min à pieds), de plus un arrêt de bus à 150m de l'hotel, permettait d'économiser nos jambes. L'hôtel était propre, la chambre confortable, et le personnel agréable. Nous le recommandons aux personnes souhaitant séjourner dans un hôtel sympa et bon marché Le petit déjeuner n'était pas très bon |

Muy cercano a la estación de Termini. Me pareció bastante limpio. Tuvimos problemas con la Visa y nos dejaron pagar por transferencia. En general el hotel es bastante cutre |

Las habitaciones son amplias, la decoración y el mobiliario bastante nuevo, la calle bastante tranquila, relativamente cercana a Termini, el desayuno era mejor de lo que me esperaba teniendo en cuenta el precio de la habitación y lo habitual de "desayuno continental", la limpieza correcta. Buena relación calidad precio, aunque no deja de ser un hostal. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba, además creo que era un problema generalizado de las habitaciones (son aparatos individuales en cada una)... el hotel nos prometió solucionar el problema el 2º dia pero no fue así. Esto sucede en pleno mes de Agosto y hubiese sido insufrible, hubiesemos tenido que abandonar el hotel seguro. |

Un hotel tranquilo, muy cercano al centro de la ciudad, a 10 minutos andando de la Fontana de Trevi por ejemplo. Un personal muy atento. Habitaciones nuevas y confortables. En obras, ya que en el mismo bloque hay 5 hoteles diferentes. Un ascensor pésimo para el volumen de gente que lo utiliza. La limpieza de lahabitaciónun poco floja. |

Nada, estuvimos tan mal que nos cambiamos de hotel la segunda noche. Sólo llegar nos enviaron a otro hotel, una habitación asquerosa, sucia, sin calefacción y con un baño enano, nos aseguraron que sólo sería una noche dado que había una avería y no tenían agua caliente, pero al día siguiente no nos podían asegurar que en los próximos días hubiese agua caliente y nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel. El desayuno es una vergüenza, no nos dieron casi nada de comer y he estado en albergues con salas de desayuno mucho mejores. Además, nos prometieron que pagaríamos menos por la 1ª noche y luego nos la cobraron al mismo precio porque dejábamos el hotel (por su culpa ya que no había agua caliente). De verdad, no vayais! Es un robo! |

Gebrekenlijst:*Vieze gang+trappenhuis.*Vieze,oude lift.*De foto's op de internetsite komen niet overeen met het hotel.*Kleine,vieze kamer.*Koude douche.*Wastafel zat los.*Verwarming kapot.*Bedieningspaneel ac viel van de muur.*TV kapot.*Lampen zonder lampenkappen.*Muren zo dun dat de buren letterlijk,woordelijk te verstaan waren.*De 110 euro per nacht was belachelijk.enz enz |

La possibilité de changer de chambre car la première ne convenait pas du tout Certaines chambres sont minuscules, pas d'eau chaude, prises de courant non fonctionnelles, beaucoup de bruit car la chambre est située à côté de la réception |
