Rooms above a loud restaurant, no isolated windows.
Very friendly staff, good room, well situated, excellent internet access. I really enjoyed my stay.
The hotel is three stairs up, so it is not at all accessible, which may be a problem for some travellers.
The staff were very effiencient and friendly. it was a great location, near the station so you could arrive on foot but very close to city without being part of the hubbab. great bar across the road also with great service and good food.
All the staff were helpful and location was great!
I loved the warmth of the place, Michaela was very friendly and helpful. It has a very good location.
The stairs can be a little bit tough, I would not recommend it for elderly people with big luggage.
Really good location and nice staff, good wifi
2nd floor, without ekevator and the share bathroom was not so comfortable.
The accommondation located in the center of historical building, also is quite near by Flowrence train station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful...
No air condition in the room, it's not good to stay in summer, and noisy at night time.
Great location right next to Duomo and some bomb-ass food places, staff was friendly, room was large and the private bathroom/shower was great. Good wifi service.
Location is just perfect because you literally live in the heart of Florence.
Furniture was too old and a common bathroom on the flour
The location of the hotel is great - within a 10 min walk from the central train station, and a 2 min walk to Duomo. My room was simple, yet incredibly charming, and the staff was very very friendly and helpful. I received so many useful tips about what to see and do in Florence! It's obvious that the owners love their city and want to share the best of it with the guests.
Bring your own shampoo/ conditioner!
The hotel is located in the best place with good access to the train station and local historic places on walk. Everything was as far as 10 minutes only. The bath and bed was REALLy clean and shiny. The stuff were really kind. I really recommend it for any traveller!
Not negative points. Just a few advice: don't forget slippers with you. If you have no brakfast option, take a tea maker with you.
Staff was never there when we needed something, they even went home at 8 P.M., altought the reception is until 9 P.M., I could not reach them on the phone. BATHROOM shared, small, the toilet together with the shower--> We could see the boiler in the bathroom. The Street was very loud the isolation of the windows bad. No table in the room. There was a candle burning in the hallway, which is very dangerous to leave when noone is paying attention of that. We could only pay in cash... Firenze is a dirty small place, with a lot of people who only drink and take drungs on the street. VERY DIRTY CITY. Streets are small and stinky.
Staff in the hallways was extremely loud, especially early in the morning. Check in time only until 8pm.
