設備が快適でスタッフも親切。立地も良く（サンマルコ広場から約15分。島の上なので静か）、素晴らしいホテルだと思います。 Accommodation is comfortable and well-equiooed. Staffs is kind. Located on the quiet private island. 5-star rating!! コンシェルジュで教えていただいた情報が間違っていました。 The information with which the concierge provided us turned out to be wrong. |

島全体がリゾートなので本島のホコリっぽい狭い街中のホテルよりも、大変リラックスでき、ホテルライフを楽しめた。庭も広くキレイで建物もゴージャス、ルームも天井が高く広々と感じる。シャトルのボートも快適でした。 バスタブが溢れないような排水機能がついていればパーフェクトです。 |

ロケーション、シャトルボート、設備のグレードに加え、空間の使い方が、日常を忘れ、贅沢な気分にさせてくれました。 食器が欠けていたり、ワイングラスが汚れていたりするのが気になりました。土、日を過ごしたわけですが、高級な方のレストランの日曜休業を知らず、とても残念な思いをしました。土曜日に市内のレストラン予約をしてもらった時に一言、明日はホテル内のそのレストランが休業する旨伝えてもらえれば土曜日にホテル内で食事をすることにしていただろうに、残念です。 |

The outdoor pool was lovely - particulary as the weather was so warm. Also, the quietness of the hotel and San Clemente island in general were a welcome respite from the madness of Venice. Also loved the hotel shuttle boat to and from St Marks Sq The cost of eating in the hotel restaurants - particularly the poolside restaurant. We often hung out by the pool during the day before heading into Venice and the only place available to eat in the hotel was at the poolside restaurant. 26 euros for a club sandwich - and 4 euros for a glass of milk for my son - is a bit steep - to say the least!!!!!!! |

Hotel is amazing and very grand, lives up to name of being a palace, great to be away from the noise of Venice. Breakfast was lovely in the walled courtyard. Only drawback is the cost! but worth it for a special occasion. |

amazing surroundings - most helpful staff i have ever come across Mini bar and restaraunt very expensive - 9 euro for a beer, 6 euro for a bar of chocolate! |

Excellent location, rooms and service. Perfect retereat for exploring Venice in busy season The hotel is a liitle dull in the the evening and lacks "atmosphere" - we stayed over the Easter weekend and the bar was almost empty whilst prices were adequate |

The staff were fabulous, rooms large and the service to and from San Marco excellent. The beds were hard, and although the restaurant food was good, the meal portions were ridiculously small. |

Everything about the hotel was fabulous. The shuttle boat runs every 20 mins and it is not difficult to catch it at an off-peak time when it runs in 40 min intervals. We missed the shuttle once, and the boat turned back to pick us up! I would definitely recommend getting breakfast included in your rate, as it is top notch. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but this is common practice in continental Europe. |

Please write at least 15 words We enjoyed a peaceful, quiet, wonderful stay. The location is perfect, attentive staff, breakfast great. The gym only opened at 9am - too late to work out before going to town. |

This is a beautiful luxury resort in a private island. The hotel upgraded my room free of charge to a Junior suite with view on the lagoon. The restaurant menu is really exquisite. The staff is outstanding ! |

Wonderful hotel, nice location and nice and large room, unlike the other hotels in Italy. Friendly staff and nice hospitality. Beautiful garden around the Palace. By the way, it is a real palace, with lots of large room. Swimming pools and garden and with lots of rabbets in the garden. I wished I stated longer. There is shuttle every 20 minutes till late times. It is minor thing; just note that shuttle start at 7 am and the next one at 8 am and then every 20 minute. |

I liked the environment, its on the perfect distance from Venice! The shuttle is a big priority for this hotel! The cleanliness of the room was not enough for the Hotel with this ex cellent reputation! SPA was not on the highest level( for 5 stars hotel)! It needs renovation! |

We were upgraded to a junior suite which was absolutely wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful...5 star service. The location is also perfect. The shuttle worked like a charm. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was excellent. |

The hotel staff was very polite and extremely helpful. The hotel room is spacious and grand, quite medieval venetian style. The hotel gardens and the surroundings are fascinating for an early morning stroll. Do eat in the hotel even though it's expensive as their executive chef menu is something to behold. I will always remember the valentine's day special menu; it was super! The shuttle bus service is a bit unreliable (leaves few minutes early or comes few minutes late and if you miss it sometimes you have to wait up to 40 minutes not 20 as advertised) |

Peaceful location. Superb service. Beautiful hotel Rooms were good but could have been better equipment ie: british tv channels, coffee making facilties, better provision of music apaprt from the tv - i-Pod dock. Water pressure was not very good for the shower we had to ask them to look at this |
