Não tinha internet disponivel em pleno seculo 21. Muito triste

Instalacoes otimas, otimo conforto.... What I liked the structure of construction very well preserved in the case of Venice. Fine point.

Atendimento do pessoal da administracao e do restaurante muito ruim, tu chega de viagem as 20 horas, e nao tem lugar para jantar em funcao de ter que fazer reserva um dia antes, e nao esta escrito em lugar algum por ocasiao da reserva que voce tem que fazer reserva antecipara para jantar, se quiser jantar tem que pegar um barco, viajar por meia hora, e um absurdo, este particular tira o bom conceito do hotel, e os funcionarios nao lhe dao outra alternativa, ficar fome ou perder horas num barco ate uma ilha que tenha restaurante e depois voltar para o hotel.....coisa de amadores, nao proficionais...neste fundamento....What I liked the structure of construction very well preserved in the case of Venice. Service staff and administration of the restaurant too bad, you get 20 hours of the trip, and has no place for dinner due to having to make a reservation one day before, and it is not written anywhere on the occasion of booking that you have that advance reservations for dinner, if you want to have to pick a dinner boat, traveling for half an hour, and absurd, this particular take the good image of the hotel and the staff will not give you another alternative, to stay hungry or spending hours in Bargo up to an island that has a restaurant and then back to the hotel ..... thing amateurs, not proficionais ... this foundation ....

Senhores\;Achei muito ruim o fato de o Hotel não oferecer um transporte desde o estacionamento até suas instalações. Pagamos um taxi muito caro: R$ 70,00.

O hotel é o máximo. As acomodações, o café da manhã são extremamentes luxuosos, impecáveis. Um espetáculo.

De ruim apenas um hotel deste nivel não dispor de serviço de quarto 24 horas. Chegamos as 0:00 com fome e não havia nada para comer a não ser castanhas e biscoitos. Não condiz com com a grandeza do hotel, nem com as acomodações, o requinte... Mesmo assim recomendo muito, pois o resto compensa.

Excelente Hotel, fica em uma ilha somente para ele com transporte gratuito para Veneza(10minutos de barco). Quarto grande e espacoso, funcionarios sempre prestativos e atenciosos.

Precisa melhorar o chuveiro, alem de sair pouca agua, a temperatura oscila.

Everything perfect. Tudo perfeito!

Large swimming pool during hot/humid weather. Regular shuttle boat to San Marco Square. Sense of space everywhere inside and out with extensive grounds. Lovely waterside terrace for dinner and courtyard for breakfast. Efficient and friendly staff.

If Venice is the crown, then San Clemente Island Resort is the jewel in the crown. My husband and I have just returned from an idyllic 9 days holiday at the beautiful five star hotel on the island. We travelled from San Marco airport in a Venice Link water taxi to be greeted warmly by the hotel porter who helped us alight from the boat and took care of our luggage. The receptionist was very friendly, showing us to our spacious, decorative room and explaining the geography of the hotel and grounds. All the staff were extremely polite, the rooms were spotless and the grounds very impressive. We love Venice, but could happily have spent the time on the island. The photos of the hotel were very impressive, but nothing could have prepared us for the beauty of this resort. I would love to return to enjoy the hospitality once again.A Huge thank you to all the staff.

The hotel stands in San Clemente island. So it is very easy for the first person to get to the hotel by water taxi. It is nice hotel.

Spacious rooms, beautiful design and decoration of the Hotel, beautiful garden, delicious dinners.

Poor breakfast, no hairdresser in the Beauty&Wellness

Staff default answer to most requests was 'no'. Became somewhat of a joke...not what I expected. From a 5 star hotel.

We had room 352 on the 3rd floor, clean and spacious but uninspired... could get the climate control to meet the desired setpoint and couldn't get the confort level expected. Overall like the location and experience but this didn't fell like the 5* it claims to be. Large public groud, with pool,tennis, putting... It was really hot while we were there and we opted for the indoor Jacuzzi to relax. In fact we would get up, breakfast then head to San Marco around 11am then back to the SPA areound 4pm til 6pm then back to San Marco for dinner... this worked out great everyday. Full buffet breakfast was included but it did sometime run low on bacon and eggs.. The hotel itself is quite large and located ona private island at about 10mins boat ride which runs every 20mins. Found that entertaining and easy to use, compare to the poor folks lugging their lugage across multiples bridges! If you're getting there by train or drop off a rental, I suggest you get on Linea 1 to make the journey down the Grand Canal. If leaving/arriving by plane(VCE), Alilaguna's Linea Blu will get you to and from the airport. Really like the location away from the main islands, the hotel shuttle boat was easy to locate, just a little before the first taxi stand after getting off at San Marco heading toward Doge's palace. Only one bridge (5steps) to cross before making it to the landing area.
