Thef hotel is on a I private island in Venice harbor. Easy to take free hotel water taxi. The peace of the island a nice break from crowded Venice steers.

Excellent value in terms of room and breakfast price. The quality of the rooms and and overall decor was excellent.

Price of everything else not included in the package, such as restaurant and bar. Very poor service in the restaurant.

It is the best hotel in Venice located alone in island with large garden and landscape, Very friendly staff, quiet place and romantic, would stay again.

Excellent view on arrival.Excellent staff food gourmet luxury hotel peaceful great cocktails if you are on a budget it may be difficult as it is 5star prices although the bar food menu was super value and looked great....... My only complaint is they should keep an area in the dinning free for families as not to disturb other guests who wish to enjoy a kid free zone over dinner....the staff were friendly and happy about their work, makes for a nice atmosphere ..next time please open the spa area before 10am

I am traveling quite extensively but never rate any of the hotels I am staying at. San Clemente Palace is the first exception and for a great reason. At entering the arrival dock, it feels 5-Stars already. Great staff to welcome from your water taxi and very warmly welcome at the reception desk. The hotel and the island its build on are a mini Venice. The hotel provides regular boat shuttles to and from San Marco squire, which at each return provides the feeling of retuning in heaven. We will return and perhaps even more than once!

We really enjoyed our visit at the San Cemente Palace!! We really liked that they had their own shuttle boat so we didn't have to pay for a water taxi. Everyone spoke English, was very accommodating and pleasant. The restaurant was fantastic!! Once again with everyone speaking English and was very accommodating. The room we stayed in was beautiful!! The entire staff was wonderful! I can't say enough good things about them. The breakfast was superb and the dining area was so beautiful! I would stay here again and again!!

The only bad thing was we had a hard time finding the shuttle boat/dock. It wasn't hard to find once you figured it out, but still I wish they would've told us where it was before our arrival.(Which once you get off the water bus it is directly to the right about 200meters next to a water taxi stand.) We went in the off season so we couldn't use all the ammenities, not their fault, just wish they had winter options. It was slightly pricey, but so is all of Venice. Oh and I didn't like the pillows, but I think that's more me! :)

Room not warm enough and not adjustable. No coutesy tray in the room, mineral water etc.

Utterly fantastic. We went for my Girlfirends birthday, as a surprise. The grounds and boat ride there are enchanting, and the entrance, especially after dark, is magical. We were upgraded from a deulux Double to a Junior sweet. Amazing. Not a bad word to say. Breakfast in the room is extremly expensive (€77 for the two of us) but a feast and highly enjoyable. Its really nice to be out of the city centre in the quiet.
