Wohl nach einem Wasserschaden hat man den muffigen Geruch nicht aus dem App. bekommen. In der Toilette fehlte ein Papierkorb und eine Toilettenbürste

das sehr gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

dass die Rezeption bei Ankunft nicht besetzt war

Helpful staff, clean rooms with good range of amenities, a modern hotel close to transport links in the town centre.

The apartment was surprisingly spacious with plenty of hanging space for clothes. The bed was comfortable and large and we were able to separate it off from the seating/kitchen area by sliding doors. Although October the air conditioning was very welcome. A convenient and comfortable place to stay.

The apartment lead directly onto the street and a fruit and veg stall started up a few feet away from us very early in the morning consequently that and the traffic made it a bit noisy but not desperately so. The hotel staff would have been very happy to move us but we mentioned it to them at the end of our stay. So that was our fault!

The San Domenico Residence is located on a side street away from the main hotel residence and was impossible to find. The owners run the hotel a few streets away and are based there. We only found the owner by chance after walking around the streets and bumping into her when she overheard us asking passerbys where the San Dominaco Residence was. The map on bookings.com is misleading. It should direct you to the main hotel and not the actual apartment residence which is basically a side street apartment.

The manager very kindly waited up until well past midnight because the Ryanair flight is a late arrival and busses run at midnight from the airport. The room was spacious with modern facilities and a beautiful marble floor.

Everyone has trouble finding the hotel so a small very detailed map of the exact location with surrounding Via names would compliment internet maps and be of enormous help if sent in advance.

we were recomended a restraunt called gusto which was really overpriced and left a sour taste of been fleaced.

Excellent value to have an apartment (with kitchen) in a city centre.. The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Trapani.

It is very difficult to find, and internet mapping facilities were of no help at all. I found it only by accidentally ending up at S. Domenico's "sister" apartments.

stalo se nam hned prvni den, ze nam volali z recepce, ze pokud neprijdeme do 8:30 vecer (coz bysme autobusem nemohli z letiste stihnout, meli jsme stesti, ze jsme pujcili auto) tak nebudeme mit klice, protoze oni uz z recepce odchazeji. Mezitim jsme se pokouseli najit, kde zaparkovat, protoze u hotelu se parkovat neda a pak vystresovani, ze nebudeme mit kde spat, jsme hledali hotel. Na recepci v nedeli nepracoval nikdo, aniz by nas na to kdo upozornil. Cely pobyt nam pokoj nikdo neuklidil, meli jsme 1toaletni papir na cele 3dny,a v pulce vareni dosel plyn. Anglicky umela v hotelu jedina osoba, ktera tam ne vzdy byla. Apartman byl krasny, ale servis velmi velmi spatny

Damene som driver stedet er svært vennlige og serviceinnstilte, mye bedre enn turistinformasjonen, pluss de snakker bra engelsk. Sentral beliggenhet i forhold til både ny og gammel bydel. Trivelig å våkne til lydene fra fruktmarkedet.

Ingen søppelkasser i nærheten, fikk meg ikke til å sette posene på gata om natta, som jeg ble fortalt at jeg kunne gjøre...

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la signora Vita della reception ci ha trattati molto bene, addirittura ci ha fatto un Upgrade spostandoci in una stanza migliore di quella da noi prenotata. Il residence era centralissimo e in una zona tranquilla. La camera era molto pulita, pratica, elegante e confortevole.

L'unica cosa che ha un po' disturbato il nostro soggiorno è stata la finestra della camera/salotto: non si chiudeva perfettamente e nella notte col vento continuava a sbattere facendo molto rumore, poi appena fuori da essa c'era il lampione della strada e la stanza sembrava sempre illuminata a giorno (fortunatamente c'erano gli scuri).

Het hotel is in het centrum van trapani gelegen en ligt in een rustige buurt. De kamer is proper

De kamer was enorm vochtig. Je rook het vocht en de lakens en kleren waren de volgende dag klam. De volgende dag hebben we een andere en veel betere kamer gekregen voor 10 euro meer. Het hotelpersoneel wordt over 2 hotels gespreid. Er is bijgevolg geen permanentie (ook niet overdag). Je moet bellen naar de receptie in het andere hotel en dan komt het personeel van daar te voet of met de fiets. Ook voor het uitchecken moet je bellen.
