The property was very clean, quiet and serene. Our room was large with a modern bathroom and beautiful views from both balconies. We ate at the restaurant each nite. The grilled pepper pesto was delicious as well as the other meals on the menu. Mr. Fabrizio was the perfect host .

Brand new apartment. The owner Carol does not speak English. His daughter does not either. She brought us the their meat shop and deli. He was very welcoming and offered cheese, meat, and wine tasting. We bought a lot of groceries and made a delicious meal at the apartment. The location is beautiful hill side town. The locals are warm and welcoming. We had a great time visiting the local bar and cafe before heading to Pisa.

The owners are so friendly and care about your stay. The property has quality furnishings and is very clean. I was given a fantastic restaurant suggestion-Tasso. The view for breakfast was amazing.

Cristina was lovely hostess and the garden/pool is beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful and nice (although with extra charge). The venue is situated in a quiet place and you could have a nice relaxing holiday.

This is a true gem well hidden in the Bolgheri’s countryside. The grounds are immaculate and the care for the little details reveal an innate passion of the two gracious hosts, Riccardo and Laura. Besides having a great sense of humor, there are always around chatting and helping without intruding. In addition of hosting, they make their own Gin (with cypress berries), oil, bitter and balsamic vinegar. The place is surrounded by olive trees and wineries, is serene and quiet - the only sounds are those of the chirping and low flying swallows, cicadas and crickets. There are two beautiful immaculate pools and cabanas. The apartments are brand new well furnished with great A/C. I did not want to leave this place. And I will be back hopefully soon. One of my absolute best place I ever stayed. I highly recommended it.
