Hotel San Felice    

The hotel was fantastic value for money and couldn't be better located. The staff were great and i couldn't recommend the hotel enough. We were staying low season and it felt very relaxing.

Friendly and helpful staff. The location is very closed to the Capri's main Piazza and shops.

Big groups to fill the hotel. Very money driven (example for cabin luggage from the Hotel to the Harbor: 10 Euros)

Location is perfect,walking distance to shopping and others. The staff are nice....buffet breakfast is ok.

I didnt like the toilet flush, does not function well.... and no lotion.

Everything was awesome! Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, very helpful staff, lots of places around to shop (quite expensive outlets though!) etc etc.

Capri was fabulous. The hotel had very high quality art on the walls, was elegant, lush, and had very friendly and helpful service including free mini-toothpastes when our host heard we had none. Beautiful grounds with lemons and grapefruits on the trees.

Little choice for non-sweet-lovers at breakfast; pool not open until the day we left but nothing to indicate it was seasonal in the website or hotel description.

The staff booked things that were very costly and was not open about the extra charges you were incurring, they seem very happy to clock everything up on the bill, the stay could have turned out to be to expensive if we to return if we took the held of the staff. It was the one thing that turned me off the Hotel during our stay.

The hotel was very quiet and the surroundings are beautiful . The staff are very professional and present a very low key approach.

The lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room were a minor flaw. The failure to mention that if they book tickets for the hydrofoil they take a fee, a very big fee !!

Friendly staff AND COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT. Reception staff were outstanding in their welcome.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Felice, unfortunately it was only for one night, we would have liked to have stayed longer. Our room was large, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast under the lemon trees was delightful. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location and grounds of the hotel are excellent. The only down side we had was the restaurant which reception recommended to us. It was difficult to find down a dark stepped street and when we arrived there were only 2 people dining. We should have left immediately but decided to give it a chance, unfortunately we were very disappointed with the food and the high price. This was a shame as we were expecting something special for our one night in Capri. However, we did enjoy the hotel San Felice.

Location is perfect , right in the center of Capri.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for somebody like me who is wheelchair bound.Our rooms were very clean and comfortable , garden delightful and breakfast delicious.Wonderful hotel , reasonably priced on this very beautiful island.We have enjoyed our stay immensely , thank you very much !

Its not a major issue but I would prefer to iron my clothes in my room rather than go to a general cleaning room.

Fair price for 4 stars in Capri. Excellent location in the center, nice swimming pool. Fair breakfast. Historical hotel.

Old, uncomfortable beds. Historical hotel, meaning old fashioned decoration/set up in some areas, especially rooms. This hotel got its stars one by one (perhaps one down in some occasion), explaining uneven offering across the building.

The hotel is situated right in the square and easy to move around. A very classical and charming hotel. We will definitely return to the hotel should we visit Capri again. Capri is so awesome. A must stop in Italy if you are travelling south.

Our stay at San Felice was excellent, the satff was friendly and helpful, especially the day concierge, Giampiero. The pool was clean and the staff at the pool very accomodating. The room was very clean and had a beautiful balcony. It was in the perfect location in Capri, close to everything. I would not want to stay anywhere else if I ever go back to Capri.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, it was one bed but considered a "double occupancy" so my friend and I had to basically share a bed.

Location, in the middle of all the best shopping, but hotel is tucked away in a quiet private spot...wonderful! Staff...absolutely wonderful!!

Good location

We stayed 3 nights and the hotel and the staff were excellent. Location is perfect, right in the centre of Capri. Hotel staff had excellent knowledge of the area and we were treated exceptionally well.

Very helpful and friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble. Capri is beautiful island but getting on and off it is not obvious so help is appreciated! The San Felice is very well located in The centre of Capri town but has its own gardens and pool so forms an oasis in the midst of the hubub,

We received an upgrade to our room. That was a nice surprise. The pool was great.

The breakfast was poor.
