“ The location is fantastic, the village has great access to Lake Garda and 3-4 great restaurants. I highly recommend Solaluna and if you want a real treat try La Dispensa. Plus you must have a look inside the Church in the village square, it is breathtaking. The pool at the hotel was great but the chemical levels were too high and all the chairs, umbrellas and cushions are very old and tired. ”

This family-run hotel is set in the heart of San Felice del Benaco, 1 km from Lake Garda. Relax in the lush garden complete with veranda and swimming pool. Hotel San Filis is housed in a beautiful villa, which dates back to the 16th century. It features all modern comforts, including a free internet point, and a lounge with Satellite TV and book-sharing corner. Start your day with breakfast on the veranda, before relaxing by the pool where you have your own sun lounger and beach towel. Alternatively, you may choose to explore the surrounding countryside or nearby beaches. The restaurant is a great place to sample regional cuisine, including fresh fish from the lake, plus an extensive selection of local wines. There are also good vegetarian and gluten-free options, plus a childrens menu. During the summer, your meal is served in the floral courtyard. At reception you can book opera tickets for the Arena in Verona. The staff organise cookery lessons and wine tasting, some of which take place at the hotel itself. The pool at the hotel was great but the chemical levels were too high and all the chairs, umbrellas and cushions are very old and tired. Where to start..... The staff are very unpleasant and the rooms are awful. All barring one young lady, the staff don't care much for their guests. The breakfast although fresh was very dull and lacked any variety. There is only so much cereal, bread, ham, cheese and salami one can eat. I appreciate an English breakfast may not be "home" in Italy but eggs and toast are not too hard to offer! The rooms are very old, uncomfortable and not cleaned very well. I would not stay longer than absolutely necessary. 2 ** more than 3 ***

Ottima posizione, personale accogliente, camere molto grandi, colazioni abbondanti Niente di che, ma se vogliamo essere pignoli il bagno un pochino piccolo e la moquet sul pavimento ;)

Il bel cortile/ingresso l'atmosfera familiare la buona colazione nella luminosa sala/terrazzo Non ci è stato accettato il prezzo di mezza pensione (indicato anche sul sito dell'albergo) perché la prenotazione è stata fatta tramite voi, booking.com (che proclamate di offrire I migliori prezzi) e non direttamente con l'albergo. Per le cene (3 sere) ci è stato chiesto il prezzo pieno da ristorante senza però altra scelta di quella da mezza pensione; alle ns. Rimostranze ci sono venuti un pò incontro col prezzo. (Comunque cene carenti e servizio disattento) Due delle 3 camere da noi prenotate erano prive delle norme di sicurezza, in quanto le serrature delle portafinestre sul balcone erano guaste.

The place has unique combination of medieval spirit, cute family touch and pleasant comfort for children, especially the pool. HAs to be added, we did not stayed exactly in the main building rooms, but in 30meters distance house - separate 3+1 rooms apartment with own parking.

Schönes großes Dreibettzimmer, tolle Lage in einem kleinen Ort fern vom Massentourismus. Hatten ohne hp gebucht. Spontanes Abendessen im Hotel war schwierig und dann für ein Menue 20 Euro. Da wurde keiner satt (auch nicht die Frauen). Getränke im Hotel extrem teuer.

отзывчивый персонал. готовы помочь и в подборе театральных билетов и в поисках лучших способов добраться до них. хороший завтрак. очень милый городок. несколько хороших кафе рядом (на площади и за собором). жаль что нет WiFi по всему отелю, в .т.ч. в номере. лишь у ресепшен.

A conseiller pour l'accueil chaleureux et sympathique, l'ambiance et la carte du restaurant de l'hôtel qui font penser à une pension de famille où on a plaisir à prendre son temps, avant de regagner la chambre où la nuit sera calme, dans un petit village silencieux. Un de nos meilleurs souvenirs du séjour autours des lacs.

La struttura ricavata da un'antica abitazione, con la sua relativa corte. Offre alla sua clientela, un calore domestico ed accogliente. Purtroppo visto il clima durante il ns. soggiorno, non abbiamo potuto apprezzare la bella piscina. Colazione continentale a Buffet buona, unico neo il pane è servito già tagliato. Unica nota di demerito, ma non vitale, è il fatto che il WiFi è limitato alla zona reception. Nelle camere nessun segnale. Basterebbe mettere un'antenna ad ogni piano. Posteggio pubblico a 200 m dall'infrastruttura.

Staff cordiale, ottima colazione, bella piscina (piccola ma molto intima) inserita in un giardinetto molto silenzioso Un po' rumoroso a causa delle solette di legno e dei rumori provenienti dal corridoio

Sehr charmanter Innenhof. Die Lobby, Speisezimmer und Swimmingpool mit Garten haben viel Flair. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die normalen Zimmer sind sehr klein. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer für 2 Personen. Das war ok. Da das Wetter Anfang Mai nicht sehr gut war und die Zimmer im UG lagen war es im Bad ohne Heizung recht kühl.

Le calme du très beau jardin et de l'hôtel, le service, la beauté des pièces, la chambre très bien décorée et très propre, la nourriture simple mais faite maison et la qualité du petit déjeuner très complet. Un parking externe publique, juste à côté de l'hôtel, mais non surveillé.

Der Service war erstklassig. Hatte ein Problem mit den Zähnen, die Mitarbeiter haben mir trotz 1. Mai einen Zahnarzt besorgt!!! Nicht gefallen hat: - kein Parkplatz am Hotel, nur öffentlicher Parkplatz in der Nähe (100m), - Einrichtung aus den 70er Jahren, kein Tresor, keine Sicherheitsschlüssel oder moderne Schließanlage, - die Silikonfugen und die Armaturen im Bad schon leicht verschmutzt - keine Schränke, sondern eher Regale für die Sachen

Las instalaciones comunes eran muy agradables y cuidadas, con decoracion antigua y mucho gusto La decepcion al entrar en una habitacion muy justa y con muebles de aglomerado sin ningun detalle. No se corresponde con la recepcion Las toallas eran increiblemente viejas y gastadas, cada una difernte

The hotel has a very nice little cout yard for coffee of dinner. The 3 course dinner menues are delicoius. I loved also the hotel own pool and the walking distance to the near by lake shore (about 10 minutest at most) with a nice goffee bar.
