Great location with very friendly staff.
Location is great, rooms are large and well equipped .
Rooms on the side are quite dark, but are nice and quiet.
Staff very friendly and helpful and booked us several dinner reservations in excellent recommended restaurants
Perfect location and good facilities.
Lack of technology and shortage
Our hotel was next door to where the Mona Lisa was painted. Restaurant food and staff were great. Great location.
Staff recommended a tour to Piza. It was awful. Spent hours on the bus and driver parked miles away from the tower and we walked for ages to see a not very impressive tower with streets full of vendors selling rubbish. This hotel is not a spa. They dial a masseuse who comes to the hotel. Couldn't get an appointment except at dinner time.
We saw the positive reviews and that was the reason we chose this hotel but when we finally reached there it exceeded our expectations. The room was amazing. Huge, beautiful, fully equipped and just perfectly organized. The personnel was extremely helpful and kind. Available all the time and very very courteous. We would return to Florence just to spend some more time in this hotel which by the way, was at a great location.
The location is extraordinary, just a block from Michelangelo's David and the Ufizzi Museum. No hotel in Firenze is better located. The rooms are extraordinarily large by European standards and even the smallest rooms are true junior suites. The bathrooms are extravagantly large. But the best part of the experience is the staff. Besides having excellent command of English, they are young, energetic, and truly interested in doing whatever it takes to make your stay as pleasant and trouble-free as possible. And their restaurant suggestions are excellent.
This is nit-picking, but the breakfasts are weak compared to everything else about the hotel. You'd be better off buying your own breakfast elsewhere. Most of the rooms are a bit dark and only a few have excellent views.
Staff were very helpful. They took initiative to provide information about the major visiting points. The receptionist suggested us to book the ticket in advance of the The Uffizi and Galleria dell'Accademia and did the online booking for us right away after our confirmation. The room is spacious and nicely decorated.
The location is the number 1 plus! It is so close to all of the central landmarks and directly behind the Gucci museum! The room was gorgeous the decor, four poster bed and dressing gowns made us feel like we were in the lap of luxury! The staff we so helpful in organising our early morning check out, so efficient!
The fridge could have been colder and slightly bigger!
This hotel is located near all tourist sites and was also easily accessible by car (it is in a pedestrian zone, but the garage took care of the registration). Room was very comfortable for my family (2 adults witha kid). Breakfast was very good. Would recommend to anyone visiting Firenze.
Nothing at all.
Friendly and Professional stuff Big and confortable room Location is perfect
Price too high, even if we consider the location and the quality of the room.
Great location with modern rooms and very nice bathroom. Easy access to restaurants and museums.
Can be a little noisy from pedestrian traffic at night.
Staff were great and very helpful.
Best get breakfast at a nearby café.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was fast, friendly and extremely helpful. All the restaurant recommendations were wonderful. The room was spectacular. The best of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip to Italy. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay.
Everything, the sheer comfort and location.
There wasn't anything we didn't like
The hotel staff was outstanding. They were very friendly, they recommended excellent restaurants, and went far out of their way to try and help us arrange for shipment of items we had forgotten at a previous hotel. I can't say enough good things about them. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's walking distance to all of the major tourist attractions. The room was in excellent condition and very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at San Firenze Suites and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Florence.
Wonderful location. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Spacious, clean room. Will stay again in future.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Recommendations for 2 dinner restaurants that both turned out to be gems. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable.
Staff are outstanding and very helpful. Location is superb, all key sites right on your doorstep.
No negative comments.
Spectacular views from our exquisito room. Location to all things 'Firenze' were literally on our doorstep! Every need catered for by incredibly diligent and thoughtful staff....Thoroughly recommended to any artisan visitor to Florence
There is nothing not to like!
Great location, helpful staff, beautifully furnished rooms
We really liked everything. Great helpful staff who went out of their way. The full-kitchen-in-an-armoire was terrific- altho we didn't use it. Definitely recommend. Excellent boutique hotel.
Lots of outside partying at night. Once that ended we found it to be very quiet.
Location excellent with many good restaurants nearby, staff was helpful and polite. We stayed in a junior suite and facilities in the room were excellent, except the lack of a kettle for boiling hot water.
Price is on the high side.
Everything was great!
