Excellent location, walking distance from all the major touristic highlights of Florence .... Good variety of pizzerias and other restaurants in walking vicinity Staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave my 4 year old daughter gifts on several occasions. Also since my birthday fell on a date during our stay there they left a gift (a box of chocolates) for us on the bed. That was a nice gesture. Free wireless Internet in the room is a big plus. But then for such an expensive room it's a small perk.

The entrance of the hotel is too small and unimpressive. Rooms are not spacious and due to bad lighting felt claustrophobic The kitchenette though well equipped was inside a cupboard and that was quite a ridiculous sight! Te breakfast was lackluster and by 11am there was nothing left. Considering the high room rate these aspects were quite disappointing.

Everything was perfect starting with perfect hospitality of the staff and ending up with comfort of the suite itself. The room was spacy and included mini kitchen equipped with everything required for cooking in-house. We were also charmed with luxury aromas of bathroom kit by Etro and fragrances by some local manufacture. And not to miss the ideal location in the very heart of the city right next to Piazza Signoria with window view to Bania Fiorentina and Palazzo Borgello.

Great hotel with only 12 rooms, it deserves its reputation. Big and cool suite (room 111), great bathroom with whirlpool and very good location. The staff is amazing and they will give you nice tips and tricks for Florence.

There is only one thing that disappointed us: the price of the Spa. The booking page of the Hotel, on the special information of the rooms, says that you have to pay a supplement to use the Spa, but when you ask at your arrival to the hotel, this supplement is 60€ per hour, this price is not a supplement it's a high cost!. They should explain that from scratch.

This is a small hotel with a very personal feel. Lovely room with a comfy bed. Receptionists were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel has a policy to reuse towels if so desired, however even though I hung the towels up, I always received a new towel.

Nice large, modern and clean rooms in great location.

Location excellent, very comfortable rooms, tastefully furnished. Staff very helpful. We arrived with a car which in hindsight was an error as the hotel is in a pedestrianised area but were able to make use of garage facilities which the hotel arranged for us. When we had problems with keys etc we were always able to get someone to help.

Not only was this "hotel" the best choice in Florence, the staff were the most delightful people I could possibly hope for. Thank you!

все было прекрасно, отель чистый, полностью соответствует заказанному, просторный номер, отличный дизайн, удобное месторасположение, очень внимательный персонал на рецепции. будем во флоренции, обязательно остановимся в этом отеле. тем, кто не привязан к 5 ти звездочным отелям, а любит почти домашний уют без суеты, рекомендую. вот только любители обильных завтраков могут быть разочарованы. на завтрак мюсли, сыр. кофе и джем. но есть прекрасный бар. цена соотвествует качеству услуг.

C'est un petit hôtel très bien placé au coeur de Forence historique. L'accueil est parfait, les chambres très agréables leur décor soigné et raffiné. Le spa est un plus après de longues journées de visite.

Le petit déjeuner est quelconque pour un hôtel de ce standing. Les viennoiseries annoncées ne sont pas présentées.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, central et silencieux. L'accueil a été très chaleureux. On s'est rapidement occupé de notre véhicule, auquel nous n'avons pas eu besoin de penser pendant nos trois jours à Florence. Les chambres sont décorées avec grand goût, matériaux de qualité, et personnalisées. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. Cela nous a permis de bien nous reposer et d'apprécier d'autant plus les ambiances de Florence et italiennes. Très appréciable le bar à vin adjacent à l'hôtel.

El lugar es hermoso, muy comodo y la ubicacion perfecta. El personal MUY agradable y servicial. Todos nos atendieron muy bien, lo unico que modificaria es que deberia estar mas claro que el spa no esta incluido en la tarifa, y ademas, deberian bajar un poco el precio del spa que me parece muy elevado. Tambien seria bueno que sumen ensalada de frutas al desayuno, todo lo demas increible 100% recomendable!

Atendimento excelente, ótima localização e apartamento aconchegante.

Minha esposa usa cadeira de rodas e o banheiro não está adaptado para deficientes físicos; sugerimos que sejam colocadas barras de apoio na área do chuveiro e da bacia sanitária, bem como alterar o balcão da pia para permitir a entrada da cadeira de rodas.

Sa situation au coeur de la ville, sa déco plutôt design et la qualité de l'accueil.

La difficulté à le localiser car signalé par aucune enseigne visible sur le bâtiment.
