The breakfast was adequate and the service was good in the dining room. There was no air conditioning, they charged for the internet, the tub was definitely strange and created a dangerous situation and the evening desk clerk surly. |

Excellent location facing San Francesco Basilica.Quadruple room is nice and comfortable. Breakfast is good. No restaurant but a nice bar just below. |

It was our second time in the hotel. The location is simple amazing, the staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We return as many times as we can. No reason to choose an other one |

Its very special location, close to the church. Very nice historical atmosphere. Good breakfast. Faraway parking. There should be valet service available. |

The friendliness of the staff and the location were excellent. The room had a magnificent view over the entrance to the church. Only the fact that the car park was a fair distance away from the hotel, but you have to accept that if you are booking a hotel in the centre of a medieval town. We were able to drop our cases off outside. |

Clean room, close to the Basilica of St. Francis. Good breakfast. The area is very nice, scenic, peaceful and refreshing. The hotel is not very accessible by public transportation. It is a few hundred meters uphill from the public bus stop. |

The view we had to the Basilica, the location that allows you to walk directly to it and enjoy also a beautiful view of the Basilica and the town. The room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was also big enough. We were 3 adults and women so our demands for space and clealiness were high. Then a wonderful breakfast buffet, with delicious coffee that gives you energy to continue the trip. Assisi is a beautiful town and I hope i could come back soon. internet cost, again. but it seems that is the standard in Italy, 3 to 5 to 7 Euros for just 30 mins. it is expensive. |

We had a great room with a window that looked right out onto the Basilica di San Francesco - just beautiful. The room was large, and they came by in the evening to leave chocolate and turn down the bed. |

i liked that the room had a great view of the town, the location to St. Francis of Assisi Basilica was great and convenient, and the breakfast spread was very nice with a lot of selection. The hotel has a computer with internet, which was nice as well. the room was a little small, but that is to be expected most places in Europe. |

visited the many religious sites Assis offered and explored this rennaisance city which we found extremely enjoyable The hotel accomendations were more than adequate given European standards Their breakfast hostess was extremely friendly and did everthing to please give her a definite plus for selling this hotel in the future She made our stay warm and friendly We were located on the street side which was quite noisy given the restaurant next door |

Best location I booked a room 1 month before. 3 days before the stay the price was reduced by 35Euro. This is unfair for those made the booking well in advance and the reduced condition should have been applied. |

The breakfast included with the room was first rate. The buffet included scrambled eggs! Great location, next to the Basilica de San Francisco. There was access to a computer for a minimal fee. The quad room was tight. However, there aren't many of these types of rooms in Assisi. |

(1) Hotel staff - very helpful, friendly, and thoroughly professional. (2) Breakfast - excellent! (3) cleanliness (4) Nearness to the places we had wanted to visit in Assisi A somewhat minor item: The bathtub was extremely small and difficult to take a shower. But ok. |
