A stylish and well-located hotel. Had a very good night's sleep thanks to the wooden shutters cutting out all light and noise. Stunning views from the rooftop bar. |

Max our concierge was excellent and very helpful and his English was very good... helped with parking, city maps, luggage etc. The breakfast was first class and the common areas of the hotel were very stylish and elegant and clean and quiet perhaps the seats on the roof garden could be changed.. they could appear a little "tired" |

The hotel was well situated for reaching many of the main sites in Rome. The breakfast was excellent. There were some very good restaurants nearby in Trastevere. |

Internet in the rooms had constant problems. Lack of flexibility in changing the reservation and the terms. You can hear what is happening in the next room. |

Excellent location, short way too most of the historical Rome. Helpfull and very nice staff. Breakfast was nice, breakfast room very cosy. Bathroom vas nice and spacy, at least if you compare to what you will get in London...Taxidriver told us when we arrived that we where in the heart of Rome, and he was right. Not even 5 minutes walt to the Santa Maria in Trastevere. Maybe not the best hotel if you intend too stay inn a lot. But who does that in Rome? Wallpaper peeled off a couple of places inn the room, and there war some mould i think in the shower. Room was not to big, but was all wee needed. |

Friendliness of the over worked staff. Free Wi Fi, even in the rooms Cleanliness was very bad, the staff was in minority and looked tired and too busy. The bath room had black fungus everywhere, the room was dusty, even the bed spreads. Breakfast room had not enough room and the guests had to wait in line, |

Breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff extremely helpful with Rome information. Liked being in Travestere. Large bathroom with a bathtub! Computer in lobby out of order but we were directed to a site very close by where we could get access. |

the roof bar is beatiful (with Philip Starck's chairs!) and with good prices, the breakfast huge and rich, the location is perfect for who want stay in Roma Trastevere and live the Roma's nights with restaurants and club. But for daily tourists maybe is better to find an hotel in Piazza Navona or Campo dei Fiori. ... our trip was too short... but I don't blame the hotel for that, ha ha... to be serious, the rooms are a little small, but bathrooms are ok. |
