Close to metro station, free wifi, free parking (maybe temporary) Poor breakfast, apparently only one person to keep the reception and the bar while the hotel is said to be fully booked, problems with hot water quantity in the bathroom |

I loved the rooms...our room had an extra sitting room were we had the tv...the bathroom was very clean and lovely decorated...they changed our shitts every day and cleand the bathroom...it was great... I didn't like the elevator and also the fact that there was no meat or eggs for breackfast... |

Staff was friendly, accomodating, spoke English well, and made us feel at home. We especially enjoyed free wifi and the garden in the back which was well groomed and a quiet getaway. Rooms were a little small. |

The location has great proximity to the Loreto Metro station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, albeit on the small side. Wi-fi and a computer are readily available. Breakfast is good. The location feels very safe. I would not change anything. |

It was a bit hard to find, but it was close enough to the central train station (10 Euro taxi drive). The staff were very friendly and helpful. |

I liked our stay in the hotel, it was near the subway, quite calm part of the city, personnel was very helpful and kind I would give just like 2 stars (not 3) because of the "look" of the rooms, I thind that for men the breakfast would be very "light", but for me it was OK |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel dat steeds bereid is je informatie te geven en te helpen waar nodig. De kamers zijn zeer netjes. Het ontbijt is basic, maar lekker en verzorgd. Het hotel ligt niet echt in het centrum van Milaan, maar aangezien er op een paar honderd meter van het hotel een metrohalte ligt, ben je in een mum van tijd waar je wil zijn. |
