Hotel San Francisco  

We liked the "terrasse", the friendliness of nearly all the staff member and the proximity to the beach.

We didn’t like the room which was too small for a double one, and the wall are so thin, you could hear whatever the neighbors were doing in their room, the isolation from the outside traffic was also so poor, we had to wear earplugs to sleep. Quite uncomfortable. The breakfast lacked diversity, every day, the same cheap ham and cheese if you eat only salty food

The room was very nice, the breakfast was generous, and the staff was helpful and efficient. The view of the sea was also a plus. The rooftop terrace was fantastic: a great view of sea and mountains, comfortable seating, and a roofed section with shade. We were traveling with a nine year old, and the terrace was safe enough for her as well.

The very small negative was the BBC channel didn't work, but we spent very little time watching TV.

We found the staff very helpful with any quries we had ie travel, places to eat etc. The location was excellent within walking distance from the beach.

Breakfast was uninspiring but again we knew it would be continental. Perhaps some fresh fruit salad would be an added bonus. Roof terrace could have been much better, was clean but very sparsely furnished.

Ottima posizione sul lungo mare , gentilezza e cortesia ,camere comode e molto pulite .

In camera faceva sempre un gran caldo, d'estate senza aria condizionata non so come avrei fatto.

Per me che adoro il mare, è stato bellissimo affacciarmi e vedere il mare di fronte e il lungomare. La camera singola aveva tutti I confort. Moderno il design del bagno.Pulito. Bouffet colazione vario e ricco.

Ho trascorso solo 1 notte ma l'impatto è stato bello con vista mare ottima l'accoglienza anche da parte della mia bastardina kendra il prezzo è buono e mi sono convinto per ritornarci complimenti

il personale è cordiale e disponibile. le camere sono pulite e ben arredate, anche nei piccoli particolari.bellissima vista dal terrazzo al 5° piano.

Siamo rimasti positivamente colpiti dalla cordialità e professionalità di tutto lo staff dell'Hotel , dalla pulizia e confort delle camere. In ultimo, ma non per importanza , veramente comoda la collocazione dell'hotel, vicino a spiaggia, negozi E............PINETA !!

The staff are super friendly and helpful. One feels as though it is a family run business. Yet, the room was bright, clean -- okay, not huge but that is not why one goes to Viareggio. We in fact were going to the Torre del Lago Puccini Theatre. Hotel is relatively convenient to location of the theatre and certainly for the price, much better combination than trying to find a hotel in Torre or camping on the road.
