Wifi provided for one device only. Balcony.

Away from town and not that close to train station entrance (15 min walk). Trains were noisy throughout the night. No breakfast provided before 7:30. Poor lighting in rooms. Terrible pillows.

very convenient location (10 min. from the city centre on foot and very close to the train and bus station) ,very helpful staff speaking english well, very clean-they changed towels every day-,and very satisfying breakfast.

Reception guy and girl were very friendly and helpful. They show us all the locations nearby for food super market etc. and because we would checkout before the breakfast starts they made us a take away breakfast!! And we didnt asked for it!! Large rooms, large bathroom and nice bed! It is near the center with foot and 10 minutes with taxi from the airport!

The only bad thing is that the hotel is old! But it is renovated so its ok!

better selection at breakfast for a country famous for cheeses and hams, the option of darylea slices and packet ham was ridiculous.

The gentleman on the reception was extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. He recommended some great eating places and bars and we instantly knew we were in a friendly town. The location was excellent as it was near to the train station and Bergamo Airport. I would stay there again.

Lovely small hotel, area a bit seedy feeling as we walked around, but at the same time did not feel particularly vulnerable. Hotel was lovely with great staff and friendly service. Rooms basic but clean but that was what we had booked. Very good breakfast and friendly staff there too as well as reception.

Not much for serious visitors, max.for one night like salesman. If you like sound from a lot of train next to the building, welcome!

the hotel has nice location if you need to stay for one night, as we did, until the next day when we had our flight. It is near the bus and the train station, as well as the airport. The personnel were pleasent and helpfull...

The hotel was in an ideal location near the station and was easy to get to from the Airport. There is a car park out the front, and a nice little pub round the corner. The quadruple room was perfect for 4 of us going for a quick weekend break. The hotel was well located and took us 15 minutes to walk to the bottom of the old town.

Location was good, close to the railway station, the airport bus station and the lower city central area. The room was basic, good enough to rest after a day of stolling around. For a short stay is OK.

It is overpriced, but for a destination like Bergamo is probably a good choice for people travelling on budget.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, as when you book on the internet you are always a bit worried in case things are not quite what they seem. The Hotel was lovely, the roof top dining area was lovely. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was close to public transport and we were within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. Would recommend to friends.

Very good location for travellers who have not much time. The Hotel is near to the central station and main street. Walking time to city center 15-20 min.

No air conditioner in my room (only ceiling fan), what really surprized me is that during night ants occupied my laptop (as it was hot they decided its great place to live); check out time was 11 A.M. - reception started calling me and remind about it starting from 10-30...

Very convenient for our stay in Bergamo before onward travel

The hotel is nice with great staff, especially Alvise on the front desk. He was extremely helpful and friendly recommending places to go and eat and his English is excellent. The rooms are clean with a decent bathroom. The breakfast is great with lots of choice and is served on the roof in a cool terrace by a friendly lady.

The location of the hotel is not in an area where there is much to do, but a 20 min walk takes you to town where you can get a bus to the old beautiful historical town

The foods served at breakfast were of a low quality - no choice of cereals, the bread for toast was poor quality and the cheese was highly processed.
