La spa. Ricca colazione. Ampie e confortevoli le zone condivise - hall, salotti, giardino. La camera necessita di restyling. Il condizionatore d'aria occluso dalla polvere.

In complesso siamo stati discretamente ,l' albergo è un tre stelle assolutamente no 4* . stanze vecchiotte anni 70 spa piccola ma nuova.la cosa migliore della spa è la piscina con molte postazioni idromassaggio. Personale gentile e affabile il migliore sin ora di Fiuggi! In spa ci si va per rilassarsi mentre purtroppo la piscina era affollata di gente confusionaria e senza cuffietta e nessuno dei dipendenti li ha mai ripresi, mi è capitato in altre spa che ci fossero persone rumorose ma tempestivamente venivano richiamate al silenzio. Qui no! Sembrava una piscina comunale purtroppo! Purtroppo perché ripeto è la migliore vista sin ora! Se provvederanno a far rispettare il silenzio torneremo.

La SPA è meravigliosa, pulita e varia, molto ben tenuta, nulla da ridire. La camera doppia comoda e spaziosa, ottima la colazione. Forse non da quattro stelle (a parte la spa) ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Consigliatissimo

Il centro SPA è veramente bello, nuovo funzionale! Buona la colazione, hotel centralissimo, disponibilita' del personale molto gentile! La struttura è un po datata, potrebbero migliorare quest' aspetto considerando la bellezza del centro spa!!!

La SPA veramente ben concepita,anche se con un paio di gradi in più,la piscina sarebbe perfetta. La camera e l'annesso bagno sono vetusti. Ricordano le vacanze dei nonni. La struttura non sarebbe neanche male ma mobiliatura porte e finestre da restaurare assolutamente. La connessione wifi pressocchè assente,addirittura nella hall,un timido e stanco segnale.

1. Colazione (ore 7-10). buona la qualità ma sufficiente la quantità. Se alle 9 il cliente chiede un pezzo di pane perchè finito, il cameriere non dovrebbe rispondergli di sevirsi del pan carrè... A un'ora dalla fine del servizio non dovrebbero mancare bacon e uova... 2. camere. tutto ok però mancano gli appendi abiti a muro. accappatoi e asciugamani bagnati dove li metto ad asciugare? nell'armadio!!? 3. parcheggio. quando piove diventa un acquitrinio di fanghiglia e ghiaia; un pò di catrame.. 4. la spa. è bella ma assolutamente sottodimensionata rispetto alla capacità ricettiva dell'hotel. sabato 3 nov era talmente piena che con la mia ragazza abbiamo deciso di andarci a rilassare in camera da letto :-( da curare l'isolamento acustico delle camere relax, si sentiva sempre il rumore della cascatela della piscina e il vociare della gente. personale dello staff, oltre a riempire la teiera di tanto in tanto, potrebbe fare un giro per i locali e sistemare qua e là visto che nel pomeriggio si contano decine di cuffiette e bustine abbandonate in ogni dove... nel complesso buono però sono i dettagli a far la differenza con le altre strutture ricettive, alcune anche più economiche...

Purtroppo niente, solo le foto dell'area benessere e la hole che è molto appariscente!! Le camere dell'albergo sembrano stanze di un ospedale, la manopola della doccia è datata ante guerra e l'acqua scorre a intermittenza. Diciamo che l'accoglienza da parte del personale lascia molto a desiderare e per giunta il giorno in cui siamo arrivati c'è stato anche un black out della luce. Penso che sia ora di ristrutturare completamente l'albergo perchè viene categorizzato come un 4 stelle ma sinceramente di stelle ne potrebbe avere massimo 2. Le camere sono vecchie e mal tenute, il corridoio poco illuminato con tende opache e poco carine per un albergo.Sembra veramente di stare in un ospedale.

Excelente todo el personal del hotel, muy amables y atentos. Buena relación calidad-precio. La habitación, además de bonita, espaciosa, limpia y con preciosas vistas a la montaña. Verdaderamente ha sido una estancia muy agradable. ¡Os lo recomiendo!

Очень хорошее месторасположение, в самом центре, недалеко от парков Бонифация и Антиколаны, отель стоит не на самой дороге, перед ним есть небольшая зеленная территория, месторасположение одно из лучших в городе, внимательный персонал, правда по русски никто не разговаривает, отличный новый СПА, куда входит бассейн с различными гидромассажными системами, сауна и влажная парная, на крыше СПА комплекса можно загорать. Плохие завтраки, даже для трешки, в основном выпечка и мюсли, в номере не было минибара. На обед и ужин заказные блюда, но лучше брать полный пансион в отеле, т.к. в городе почти нет нормальных кафе.

La Spa è meravigliosa. Colazione abbondante e varia. Atmosfera molto rilassante. La tripla ancora non era pronta quando siamo arrivate e in camera tutto l'occorrente era per 2 persone. Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare più volte, almeno per ricevere l'accappatoio per andare in spa.

La spa e bellissima ma il buffet della cena e' un po' misero come quantità non c era ne buffet di dolci (li devi chiedere) e ne quello di frutta!e per quanto riguarda la wi-fi non funziona tanto bene (forse la posizione della camera) Ho dovuto faticare per connetterei è ogni tanto andava via la connessione
