For the facilities availabilityI felt it was really overpriced. We arrived by cruise ship and asked if we could be collected from the dock (a matter of approx 3 km) by the hotel shuttle and was told it would cost us €48 - so we used the port shuttle to the entrance and walked the rest. They even wanted to charge extra for the internet connection which most hotels now include in the tariff.

Paying the internet, why not include this in the room payment, more elegant than to ask for few more euros for half an hour. The very small tv no vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers) or fresh fruits for breakfast.

Close proximity to cruise port made it possible to simply wake up and walk to cruise ship. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel's check out time is 10:30 am. Industry standards are noon. When I went to breakfast at 10:00, I discovered I had to check out immediately after; I wasn't prepared to check out. When I requested a late check out, I was charged €50. Not worth it. Wi-fi was another expensive addition to my bill. Hotel needed major refurbishing. Too many negatives for my taste.

Benjamin, the concierge, was very helpful to us (we had just been robbed on the train). The hotel itself was quite nice.

Location to cruise terminal and that was all

4 star ???? they should have spent as much time and money on the rooms as they did the entrance ... felt as if we were staying in a hostal internet is charged breakast wasnt the greatest and rooms not very clean if you have time stay in fiumicino cheaper and much better quality.. Wont be returning

Companion did not get main course (vegetarian) during fixed menu entertainment on New Year's Eve. Staff did not respond to problem when complaint was made.

It was within walking distance to the cruise terminal. You could walk to the entrance of the terminal and there was a free shuttle from Princess cruise line that would deliver you to your ship. We had been to Rome several times so opted to get a much cheaper room than most places in Rome and a much more relaxed atmosphere.All we really needed was a place to sleep after our long journey so we would be refreshed and ready to start our transatlantic cruise the next day. We also liked that the hotel offered wifi for a very reasonable price and we had an excellent connection. Breakfast was provided the next morning and it was a pretty typical European breakfast. The hotel also offered a shuttle to the cruise ship but you had to pay extra for that. They also offered pick up from the Rome airport for a pretty reasonable price.

The attitude of some staff. The smallish rooms, and the fact that the bedroom is upstairs and the bath room down. I certainly did not like to be told by a young woman who made me a coffee that all lattes in Italy were served cold. !

Great location . Close to sea and beaches, city, but without the hustle and bustle and noise of city life. Quiet, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great continental breakfast. Outstanding restaurant with excellent menu and service. Staff was exceedingly accomodating.

Location. Close to train station, city centre and port. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable.

a gracious hotel with all amenities and an excellent choice for location near the cruise terminal. Transfers can be arranged to the cruise ship at a nominal cost.

The breakfast was continental style only, I would have preferred the full breakfast usually offered at Italian hotels.

Ideal as a hotel before departing on a cruise from the nearby port. Otherwise, no real reason to stay there.

Swimming pool is shared at located at another hotel. Not open in mid October.

The hotel's interior and outerior are gorgeous. The location is excellent for the people who's continuing to go on cruise. The facilities and services are good. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is the best. Overall, good mark

was not happy about me arranging my own airport transfers half price to what hotel would charge

The hotel is clean, elegant, reception workers and in general, are very friendly, nice and attent.

The single room is relativle small, the bed is small. Could look a little bigger. Toilet facilities of the room were nice.

Good location, nice bathroom with a well pressured shower.

I thought I'd booked a room for 4 adults and one child. On arrival I was told 5 could not fit in a room - I had to book another room. At 10am I was quoted 190 Euros but when I booked in at 2pm this price had risen to 199 Euros for a double room. I will always feel ripped off by this hotel especially as the beds were very uncomfortable and the breakfast left much to be desired.

The hotel and staff were faultless Had the old world feel with a clean and comfortable/relaxed feeling It was easily accessable (in walking distance) to the port for the cruise ships

The hotel name from the other side of the road (where you are when you exit the port) was completely hiddden by the trees at the front of the hotel so we did miss the hotel and had to cross over the road and retrace our steps to find it

The breakfast room was a real delight

Unfortunate to be there on a Saturday night, when the music playing outside was ridiculously loud. I would noy have paid extra for a sea view if I had known I would not be able to sleep.
