The receptionist was fantastic. The room wonderful. The Hotel in a superb location for Lake Maggiore. We went for a wedding and would love to go back for longer. |

Lovely location on the waterfront with a beautiful view in peaceful Pallanza. The boat stop for Bellagio, Mennagio, Isola Bella, Isola Madre and other stunning places was directly opposite. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite, giving us maps and leaflets of everywhere to go upon our arrival. The room was air- conditioned, so lovely and cool, despite the temperature being 40.C outside. A very nice place indeed. The room was quite small and there wasn't a minibar in it. |

The rooms were comfortable (1X Quad & 1x double) and the location very convenient for the purpose of our visit to pallanza. The adajacent lake trip ferry port is very accessible. My wife and children (4) enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very helpful. The busy market square is very close and a big winner with all no comments |

Enjoyed the staff and the breakfasts. The size of the family room was fantastic as very large. Also the location was excellent. We found the room to be very hot. We were told by the staff that the air condition was broken then we asked if it was not turned on because it was not quite summer and they said yes that is the true reason. It was a very hot spell and it should have been on as having the window open did not cool the room down and was also very nosiey. |

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil simple et agréable. Dès la réservation, nous avons reçu une confirmation mentionnant que nous étions sur classés dans l'hotel Pallanza 4* avec chambre vue sur le lac. Le personnel est très aimable et diligent. Il parle très bien le français. La salle de bain est un peu en deçà des standards d'un 4*. |

Die Nähe zum schönsten See in den Alpen, gleich gegenüber die Schiffsanlegestelle, von der aus man sowohl Rundreisen als auch Besichtigungsfahrten zu den Trauminseln Isola Bella, Isola Madre und Isola Superiore unternehmen kann. Ferner kann man des abends bei einem kleinen Spaziergang am See auch noch unter einer Vielzahl von schönen und preiswerten Restaurants für ein Dinner wählen. Warum muss man für das Frühstück separat € 10,-- bezahlen (das wir dann doch noch für € 7,-- bekommen haben) und werden zusätzlich Eierspeisen extra auf das Zimmer berechnet? In einem Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte ganz einfach der Zimmerpreis mit Frühstück (und zwar reichhaltig) verrechnet werden. Lieber sollte es von Hause auf etwas mehr sein. |

2 nuits en famille avec 1 enfant et réservation d'1 chambre triple. Très bon séjour, grande chambre climatisée, SDB spatieuse. Pas de superflu mais tres propre et chambre + sanitaires renovée. Pour info chambre au troisième étage (329), isolation bonne. Concernant l'emplacement c'est l'ideal pour dinner et prendre le bateau pour les iles Borromées. Pas testé les petits dejeuners donc je n'en parlerais pas. Concernant le parking effectivement ça manque un peu mais fin Aout nous avons trouvé une place gratuite (bandes blanches au sol) quasiment en face de l'hotel. A savoir qu'il y a beaucoup de places autour de l'hotel mais elles sont vites prises d'assaut. |

L'accoglienza è stata professionale e efficace tanto per la qualità delle informazioni sul territorio da visitare quanto sulle modalità organizzative ed economiche utili ad una famiglia in viaggio. La collaborazione tra I due hotel della catena pallanzahotels è stata preziosa e la posizione sul lungolago comoda e rilassante. |

Zeer fraai oud pand. Zeer ruime kamers. Mooie hoge plafonds. Schoon. Airco. Nieuwe badkamer. Kleine balkon met uitzicht over het meer (tegen extra bijbetaling). Vriendelijk personeel wat ook nog een beetje Engels sprak.Ligging tegenover het pondje wat over het meer rondvaart naar de eilanden (Madre, Bella, etc). Gratis parkeren voor de deur met de auto. Geen kluisje aanwezig. Ontbijt was echt Italiaans. Matig en weinig vers producten. In Pallanza zelf maar 1 restaurant wat echt de moeite was. De rest zijn meer lunch/koffie gelegenheden. Naastgelegen dorpje Verbania biedt uitkomst hiervoor. |

Grande chambre (loft) et terrasse, au 5eme etage, donc silencieuse. Vue sur le lac en montant sur une chaise...Proximite du lac et de l'embarcadere pour aller sur les iles. Personnel sympathique. Air conditionne bruyant, odeur de peinture recente, et pas de salle de bain et WC dans la chambre, oblige de passer par la terrasse ou le couloir pour utiliser la salle de bain de l'autre chambre... |
