This is the second time we have stayed there and again it lived up to our expectations. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and airy room with beautiful lake view. Will be making a return visit next year |

Location, quietness, staff. Bed situation (no queen size bed or king size bed, 2 single beds instead), no shower gel, no shampoo refills, no panorama view, only a few towels. |

This hotel is very close to the lake boat ticket station great for getting around. No bar in the hotel itself although there are many excellent local bars. |

Very good location. Room standard poor with a bed missing. cleanliness and furnishings poor in San Gottardo. Relocated during stay to a room with 4 beds in adjoining hotel Belvedere (also 3*) Room in the Belvedere clean and ok. Staff very helpful. |

Hotel Pallanza : Beau bâtiment, bien placé, bonne literie, chambre très propre. Le gérant de l'hôtel nous a transférés dans un hôtel voisin, l'hôtel Palanza avec 4*, qu'il gère aussi, le San Gottardo étant apparemment fermé en cette saison. L'isolation phonique avec les chambres voisines très insuffisante, et je m'attendais à une vue sur le lac, que je n'ai pas eue. Dans la salle de bains, très propre au demeurant, petit détail : la douchette était cassée. |

Omgeboekt naar Hotel Pallazo. Geen positieve items aan dit hotel. Vergane glorie. Omgeboekt naar Hotel Pallazo (4 sterren ipv 3). Kamers in Hotel Pallazo is zeer basic en er is veel lawaai vanuit de hal. Ontbijtbuffet is slecht. Beslist geen 4 sterren hotel. |
