I liked everything, very nice staff, attention to the small details, complete information of everything, clean, close to the centre but quiet. Also it is very familiar with only few rooms and breakfast at nearby bar was very good too. there are no propper windows in the rooms |

A wonderful modern design with simple but effective furnishings and plantings. The staff was most helpful with free bottled water and coffee, local maps and great restaurant suggestions. The free fast internet was a real asset. For a budget hotel this place understands what the modern traveler really needs. |

The staff is so kindly and help for guest. This hotel is located near the Colosseum. The room is so good, clean and has fashionable farnitures. We want to stay this B&B so much, if come to Roma again. |

Great, very helpful and kind stuff. Good location (20 min. walk from the Colloseum, 3 min. from Metro station). Great extras free of charge: wi-fi, coffee machines with variety of espressos and teas, mineral water. We had a great time. no windows in our room. but then again on city trip you come back to the hotel only to sleep, so it's not a problem. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, present untillate after midnight. Airport shuttle available on demand. Luxury room with good bed, spacious bathroom, big flat screen TV, private small court/terras. Free bicycles, coffee, tea, bottles of water. Good advise for cheap, Italian style restaurants. Simple but sufficient breakfast in 2 bars around the corner. We enjoyed our stay in San Jouan very much. |

The directions to the hotel that were provided were perfect! It is about 3 blocks away from the metro stop, which was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and the breakfast provided at the first restaurant was excellent! We even lost our keys the second day and there was no problem! The air conditioner also worked well. The lack of windows was a bit of a pain (there was just one skylight in our room) but lighting and ventilation were acceptable. |

We stayed here on route to Tuscany, 2 stops from station in Rome in a quiet location. The room was clean and perfect for an overnight stay or week end sightseeing break. Tea & Coffee available in the central area |

Thoughtfully decorated for a small guest house. We were given coupons to use for breakfast at a cafe around the corner; but the breakfast was quite disappointing. The only choice that we had was dry sandwiches or 2 slices of margarita pizza. Would be good if they offer better breakfast! |

Just a smaal ( 6 rooms) hotel without luxury decoration or further comfort.. Friendly staff. Free water ( in Rome you spend an important budget on water in the heat !!), coffee (Nespresso) and tea. Free internet. We arrived late in the evening ( 10 pm) and while walking through the quite and dark streets to the hotel you really asked yourself what did I book !! No neon-light to announce the hotel, just a small signplate on the gate giving entrance to the inside of the premises of an appartment-complex. Room at night looked a bit shabby in the dark, but this was wrong ! Very simple but clean ! Breakfast had to be taken at a cafetaria outside the hotel, not always on your way towards your daily destionation(s). Didn't make use of it. |

The staff was really nice and helpful. The window of my room was broken and nobody said anything, plus, it seems like in Rome nobody knows what airconditioning is! The airconditioning unit did not work properly. |

Friendly, helpful staff. A very quaint little B&B very close to all the sights but still very quiet at night. This was my favorite place I stayed during my trip through Italy. |

Loved the unlimitted complimentary water bottles, coffee/espresso, free wi-fi, candy, use of bicycles, and umbrellas. Room #3 was dark as there were no windows. (there was a skylight, but still dark) All other rooms seemed to have large windows/glass doors. |

San Jouan Guest House is a very pleasant place to stay, we had a clean and comfortable room and bathroom and the guest house has a very pleasant, homely atmosphere. Free bottles of water, free use of internet in the room, a television and dvd-player in the room and a computer with internetfacilities you can use in the lobby, also for free. Excellent! |

central location, easy to reach by public transport, very friendly & helpful staff, beautiful furnishings, quiet place, free internet Only small drawback is that the breakfast is served at a nearby bar (but for Italian standards it was a good breakfast and a friendly place); for the rest everything was excellent |
