OK for Venice, though not great value for money. Also there is NO food service at this hotel. Aircon also intermitent! |

We loved the charm and feel of a old remodeled place!! The staff was so helpful and accommodating, they really made our stay very enjoyable!! |

The room had air conditioner which was really good cause it was very a hot summer night. Very difficult to find plus the check-in is at a different place which is also hard to locate. We had to ask a lot for directions and there are no signs to identify these places. The signs on the door can be easily undetected. No free internet. No breakfast. |

Overall a good value in the overpriced city of venice. the reception and the place you stay are about a 10 minute walk apart. Directions to find the place are very confusing. Most hotels in this price range give you free breakfast, but this place charges extra for breakfast. |

The room is located in heart of tourist spot of venice and within walking distance to St. Marco's square. the tourist house was not locate together with the reception and it requires like 5-10 mins walk. |

Staff was helpful. The room wasn't too far from Rialto, but far enough and away from the mass of tourists Room smelled like smoke |

We booked San Lio Tourist house because we were on a tight budget and it was one of the cheapest we could find. But we were really surprised how comfortable and clean the room was. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. they also offer luggage storage after your check out which is fantastic if you still have a day of sight seeing ahead of you. |

The hotel is worthy for its price and good location. It has a luggage room,but until 2pm.I think luggage room should be opened until 7pm. |

Very central to all the major sites of Venice. My room had a little terrace garden which made the place so much more adorable. Directions on website are wrong when trying to find the seperate building that you check into. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull (even at 00.00 in the night). The location of the guest house is excellent (between Rialto Bridge and San Marco square) The room was rather small and basic (but value for money!). |

The room was clean, good location, good facilities inside. Interner costs 8 euro per stay, but all ports are closed, except http, https and skype. I need internet for work with all ports open, but they could not provide this to me because the technician was away. |

Location, location, location. Loved it. The fact that you have to walk a few metres away in the confusing lanes of venice to check in at another spot. Especially on your first day when you are not used to the surroundings yet. |

The room was quite small but still comfortable. Bathroom was fine. Small fridge in room. Wireless internet available. Staff very friendly. Very good location. Walking up the stairs was very smelly. Why have thick carpet outside when it rains??? It was a little annoying having to walk to the other hotel to check in and out. |

Great location, historic building, very nice new (if small) bathroom, excellent climate control, spotlessly clean, and fully cleaned between two nights of my stay (which made a pleasant change from other budget accommodation I've experienced) Bed was rather hard, and the bedroom was very small (admittedly this was a budget single room in Venice, but I can't claim I liked the lack of space). Had to check in at another address. Luggage storage after check out was in an unstaffed common area. Video surveillance was some reassurance, but not enough. |
