What an excellent location and staff. My teenage sons and I arrived by train with backpacks and it was quick and easy to get to and from the hotel on foot from the station. The staff made excellent recommendations for where to eat and accommodated is with leaving luggage there for the day. It was right beside the central market - great for food, and making it easy to always find your way home from the nearby sights. We were in the attic room and it was quiet and private. Made our short time in Florence (2 nights) excellent.
