San Luca B&B

This B&B is very centrally located. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We had the top floor room with our very own roof top balcony! We did have a little difficulty finding it. Take the water bus to the Rialto Bridge. Walk along the water, with the Grand canal on your right. Turn left at Calle Cavalli and right once you reach a small square (San Luca). The door is down the first small side street on the right.

The room is really nice and clean and big (the very top room. we upgraded.) The staff were very helpful.

The address on booking is wrong. It took us an hour to find this place. The room we booked were really small. So we upgraded and it was expensive. Plus no lift, this killed me.

Nice location near Rialto bridge and alilaguna boat to airport. Modern, refurbished rooms, good breakfast, nice landlady, excellent service. We can certainly recommend this B&B for the next Venice city trip.

The San Luca b & b is an excellent Bed and Breakfast. Manuela, the receptionist, is very friendly, helpful staff, available for help. Even walked with us to another street to better explain how we reach the Piazza San Marco. Andrea is also a great hostess, very kind and friendly. Hotel facilities are very good. We were in a flat of 60 square meters, with living room, closet, maravilhoso.Num another building in front of the Hotel which Manuela has chosen for us. The location is perfect, in a quiet courtyard small, very close to the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco and many shops and cafes. The breakfast has everything you need: yogurt, cereals, fruits, breads, croissants, cheeses, hams, cakes and sweets. Manuela is so polite that even made our cafelatte and served at the table. When we return to Venice, I'll be there again.

We were on the top floor and had to climb 69 stairs to get to our room. There was no lift.

The Staff at San Luca B&B were amazing. They were friendly and informative. Especially good with the kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable in a great location. We had a wonderful time here and would not hesitate to return! Breakfast was also beautiful.

The only negative i would have to say would be that we didnt stay long enough!!!

The manager spoke English and the rooms were clean though small. Breakfast was standard but Cappuchino was good.

Location was in a dirty square with grafitti on doors; the number of the hotel was different to the address given and we had a lot of problems finding the place. Our room for 3 was in the loft (five flights of steps) and we could not stand up straight. The bathroom was tiny and the sink was too small to wash face and brush teeth.

The Location in San Marco was fantastic at only a 5min walk from the Rialto ferry stop. The family room we had was very roomy with windows overlooking a quiet ourtyard. The breakfast was basic but top quality with freshly squeezed juices available. The hosts are possibly the nicest and most welcoming we have ever ome across.

One of the beds (sofa) was unomfortable according to the people travelling with us. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Manuela was just great, even though we were early she had breakfast ready for us.. The room was very light and spacious ... we left late and they were very gracious about keeping all our luggage and finding a way for us to take back all our shopping:)

There are two San Lucas, one a Hotel and the other the b&b, but the manager at the Hotel was very kind to walk us to the b&B.. Not very easy to find, but well worth it...

We were highly delighted from the moment of our arrival. A warm welcome, spacious accommodation, lovely old Italian square, excellent breakfast and a very relaxing air about the place. We would highly recommend the S. Lucca and would feel great sympathy for any applicant who discovered the house was full.

Situation géographique exceptionnelle. Personnel exceptionnel surtout la dame du matin qui est adorable et a l écoute de tous, parents et enfants. Nous avions une chambre familiale dans un bâtiment en face du bed and breakfast: très jolie et juste parfaite pour nous. Petit déj complet et très bon. Supermarché juste a côté si besoin .

Difficile a trouver la première fois. Le b b se trouve plus sur le campiello de la chieza que sur le Campo san luca. Heureusement le personnel de l hôtel san luca a été très sympa et nous a accompagnés jusqu au bb sinon nous chercherions peut être encore.

L'accueil impeccable, la gentillesse, la disponibilité du personnel. La suite était superbe, la literie de grand confort, on s'est vraiment sentie très bien tout de suite. Et l'emplacement est idéal, à peine à 5 mns de la place San Marco, à 200 m du pont Rialto, c'est un endroit très stratégique tout en étant parfaitement au calme (aucun bruit). Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour !

Le Wifi n'est que dans les parties communes (salle du petit déjeuner) ce qui est moyennement pratique quand on veut se documenter sur un lieu ou réserver par internet une visite. Mais c'est un détail car la gentillesse et la disponibilité des personnes tenant l'établissement pallient largement ce petit manque ! Nous n'avons eu qu'à demander et aussitôt on se mettait en quatre pour nous aider !

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal en zeer verzorgd ontbijt. Wij hadden een ruim en net appartement ter beschikking.

Muy tranquilo, personal atento y cordial, nos toco una habitacion en el ultimo piso sin ascensor (un clasico en Venecia) esta era tal cual aparece en la pagina web, baño con ducha grande y bidet. Salvando lo negativo el lugar es recomendable

La caja fuerte de la habitacion no funcionaba y la unica solucion ofrecida fue la de dejar nuestros valores en la recepcion (cosa que no hicimos, esperaba un "trataremos de solucionarlo o cambio de habitacion"). Que el wifi funcionara solo en las partes comunes, lease lobby en planta baja, por lo que si estas en el 3er piso...tambien que la tv solo tuviera canales locales del Veneto, hago presente esta situacion y me responden que es un problema de la antena (?) inaceptable ambas situaciones en un b & b de este nivel. Y por ultimo el tamaño del lavabo realmente minusculo.

gostei demais da atençao dos funcionarios quanto as nossas necessidades e expectativas. local otimo apesar de ser bem dificil localizar lugares em veneza, hotel confortavel,acolhedor, central ,perto da principal parada do vaporeto tanto da linha ferrea quanto ao aeroporto.

La disponibilité, ainsi que la gentillesse des propriétaires. Toujours souriants et prêts à vous donner les meilleurs conseils pour votre séjour. La situation est idéale, pour profiter d un séjour en ville.Chambre soignée et collations et mini bar gratuit à disposition dans les chambres...petite attention que nous avons trouvée bien sympatique. Bref nous recommandons cet hotel.
