good location to Grand Canal & St. Marco and listening to the musicians on the gondolas as they cruised under our window in the annex. signage to the entrance of the hotel could be improved as we walked passed the entrance before realizing that the reception to the hotel was upstairs |

Friendly staff, spoke enough English to get by, plus one or two fluent speakers among them. Rooms looked newly decorated, attractive furnishings, double glazed windows to soundproof the room, A/C, clean new bathroom with large shower. Good breakfast selection and reasonable mini-bar prices considering how expensive Venice is generally. Absolutely perfect location between the Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square (3 mins walk each way), loads of eateries nearby. Even had a stairlift for wheelchairs. |

Pleasant room, simple but clean and quiet except for the occasional gondola ride passing by the window. Nice central location. Bathroom was small and the shower tiny, even by European standards. Would like to have been able to have windows open for fresh air - a little cramped feeling. |

The room was very clean and decorated in a truely Venician style. Everyone on staff was extremely helpful...even though there was a language barrier. The location was perfect...halfway between St. Mark,s square and the Rialto bridge. Directions were perfect..always ask! |

The view from the window was excellent. We stayed in room 206, where if you open the window, right below was a canal with gondolas travelling across. The room also had a nice tone with wood flooring. The location was great also. There were no stairs to climb from Rialto station - which has a direct water bus connection to the airport. As everything is expensive in Venice, I rated the hotel as fit for the price. The bathroom was small. There was only a shower (which was not that big). Also, the toilet-paper holder was broken. There is limited amenities, and I recommend people bring their own shampoos/conditioners and toothbrushes. Breakfast may not be satisfying to some as there were no warm dishes, but it was enough for myself. |

The hotel was well located in a peaceful street and easily accessible for St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge areas. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The windows in the annexe building in which we were accommodated faced the wall of the next building which was only a few feet away. It was impossible to see even the sky from our window and this made the room very dark. |

We stayed at this Hotel in July. The rooms were nice, done up in Venetian style. As we only satyed for 1 night and checked out early, we couldnot have breakfast. There was no lift and carrying the baggage to the 1st floor was quite a problem. |

the rooms are very nice ( i stayed in the separate building, forgot its name). the rooms are not rich but very classy with many things packed into it ( bath ammentities, tv, sattelite settop box, power adaptor, phone, safe, hair dryer, etc). Very clean. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Not far from S,Marco There is no lift !!!!!! You have to drag your bags upstairs. Also, the hotel does not have its own pier. It is 10 minutes walk from the nearest watertaxi/waterbus station ( which is Rialto btw). If you know your way it is not a big deal ( no bridges to cross from Rialto ) but if you need to search on your feet, with your bags - you might slightly regret choosing this one. But when you are in - S,Marco square is 10 minutes walk. Also please notice that if you leave Venice at night and you cant afford 100Euro for the water taxi - you will have to drag your bags to S.Marco ( 2 bridges with stairs to cross ) to take the night water bus to the airport. Like 15 minutes brisk walk with your bags. |

Location was perfect. The room was clean and cosy, everything was ok. Breakfast was satisfying. I was really surprised not to find a shower cabin in the bathroom :) there was a washer and a hole in the floor and no fences! In the end bathroom was flooded. |

The location was very close to St Marks Square (5 mins). The room was very clean and well presented. The room had a good sized bathroom with a good showe. It also had air conditioning which helped as it was very humid during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dining room was very small (5 or 6 tables in total) but we made sure we ate breakfast early. The breakfast was buffet style and limited in choice but it was fresh and pleasant, again staff were on hand to provde assistance. |

The location of the hotel is perfect The bathroom was too small for a bedroom which could accomodate a family. There was barely space to turn around in it. My room was noisy at times with motor boats going past on the canal late at night and early in the morning. However the room was double glazed which helped to reduce the overall volume. |

The location of this hotel is ideal. It was a very easy walk from the water bus stop, near St. Mark's and the Rialto Bridge. We enjoyed the small size of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and efficient. The breakfast was very good as well. |
