I was quite warm when we stayed at this hotel and the air conditioner was not working. We inquired and the first time they said it was broken and would not not fixed for 5 days and for us to open the window. It was very uncomfortable sleeping that night since it was hot and noisy outside with window open. The next days we asked if there was a fan and there was none and got a different answer as to why the air was not working. I felt like they were not being honest with us. This was not a budget hotel and the cost was more than what we got. Was not happy with their attitude or answers.

The staff were the best thing ...they were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble for them, although they were a bit hesitant when they found I had lost my passport! Luckily I found it again at the airport. We had one of the worst rooms, judging from the open doors as we passed through the corridor, but the bed was really comfortable so fine for a weekend.

Ideal, quiet location just outside the old city, tucked away through an archway. Well equipped, spotlessly clean room. Helpful staff. Our special dietary requirements were well catered for. Breakfast was fine but would have appreciated something hot.

Location was good. City parking lot was close by, although somewhat expensive. My particular room was quiet, although the general area could be noisy. Bed was hard.

Excellent breakfast and room care. Being woken by a fire alarm in the middle of the night, it was not the hotel's fault, so they said, but information and apologies were hard to get.

The location of the hotel was very close to all of the key attractions of the city. However it would be difficult to find without the help of a local, since it is on a small side street, but it is quiet.Nice Nice breakfast

A very nice hotel with a perfect location for central Verona. Underground car park a little expensive at €25 and felt the room was expensive for what it is, but I think you pay for the location which could not be better. Cant fault he room, services or staff, just a little expensive that all. Having said that Verona it's self it quite expensive.
