Even though it was in the town, it was very quiet. Attractions and restaurants within easy walking distance.
Breakfast buffet Reliable wi-fi service Clean rooms Proximity to attractions and supermarket
Nothing- everything was good.
location; good breakfast.
The manager was very rude and not customer-service oriented. I had a booking problem based on a miscommunication by the front desk person. Hotel was very average
Nothing negative to say about this hotel, just a short walk to all must see's. Parking was also great and secure
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful
A good hotel in a central location - for a reasonable price. In spite of the central location, the room was quiet.
Location for touring the town. Staff helpful.
Noisy, hard to find even with GPS.
The San Luca is in an excellent location, tucked away in a side street yet within a few minutes' walk of Porta Nuova and Piazza Bra. Our room was large and comfortable, quiet at night, and with clean linen daily. Staff were friendly and helpful, and gave good recommendations for restaurants.
Breakfast was adequate but could have offered more choice.
Elegant deco Comfortable and well appointed rooms
Board like pillows
Excellent location, spacious rooms, lovely linens, very clean, large and well lit bathroom, firm bed, gracious hotel maid. Breakfast was good, substantial.Yoghurt, eggs, hams, sweets, cheese, tomatoes, juices, cereals Breakfast room was not bright because of heavy draperies, decor was traditional. Decor, however, is a matter of personal taste. Server at breakfast was a very gracious.
The staff was mot particularly helpful. I do not expect Europeans to be excessively exuberant but most at the desk were reluctant to offer help, or seemed irritated when about to be asked a question. Parking was offered at 25 euros, and a nearby garage charged 16 euros per day.
The location of the hotel was excellent. I travelled alone and went to two operas in the Arena which was a five minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel was also near the railway station - just a ten minute walk.
I could not find fault with the hotel or its staff, but I would have loved to have a kettle in the room for the purpose of making tea. This would have greatly added to my enjoyment of the hotel.
Right next to main plaza and arene. Made for an easy wonderful evening in seeing Aida at the arene. I accidentally reserved a single, they were full, but accommodated us without extra cost.
Parking is shared with next door grocery store and only valid up to checkout, but can be extended by talking to attendant/reduced with 15euro purchase at store.
Helpful reception. Good room with drink making facilities
Lovely room - I was lucky to have a balcony. Breakfasts - good variety and choice. Staff - great service.
Only two minutes from the main square. Within easy reach of restaurants.
Rooms on the street can be noisy at night, especially if windows open.
It's within 10 min walk to Arena. The room was small, but it was very clean. Reception staff was nice and helpful.
I stayed at this hotel during the opera season, so the price was high for 3 stars hotel.
Being lied to by your company about my accommodation hence it was very bad value and disappointing.
Location and very helpful staff.
the staff, helpful in their recommendations, The room ,comfortable and quiet the floor tiles in the bathroom!very non-slip and warm to stand on
Location was a perfect walking distance to the Historic Centre and to visit the Opera at the Arena . Hotel was clean and quiet . Breakfast was very good and served by friendly staff , I liked having my cappuccino made for me rather than serving myself !
Great location if you can find it
Hotel is in old town and very hard to find even with GPS. We got fined for accidentally driving through old town which is restricted to local traffic only, whilst looking for our hotel. Chap at reception was terrible when we arrived, but concierge helped us with car parking and luggage.
Hotel , The Room, Location, Staff, Breakfast, very secure car parking.
Didnt stay longer
very small room anonymous despite the small size
the cleanliness and professionalism shown to us
we only had one pillow, shouls have had another one optional. No window view.
Location is very near the Opera Arena.
There must be better hotels for half the price! Very basic room, uncomfortable bedding and awful breakfast.
