Hotel San Luca  

Prima locatie, centraal, maar toch geen straatlawaai. Parkeergarage ook prettig.

Behoorlijk ruime suite. Servicegericht personeel. Uitstekende locatie t.o.v. centrum Verona.

We hebben van het hotel genoten in zijn totaliteit! Smaakvol, centraal gelegen, verzorgd en ruim ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk, beleefd en dienstig personeel....zeer netjes overal, voldoende handdoeken, airco, dagelijkse nette kamer, frigootje,...rustig niettegenstaande de stadsligging...correct op en top super!

I was quite warm when we stayed at this hotel and the air conditioner was not working. We inquired and the first time they said it was broken and would not not fixed for 5 days and for us to open the window. It was very uncomfortable sleeping that night since it was hot and noisy outside with window open. The next days we asked if there was a fan and there was none and got a different answer as to why the air was not working. I felt like they were not being honest with us. This was not a budget hotel and the cost was more than what we got. Was not happy with their attitude or answers.

Location of the hotel was very central, and was in close proximity to Piazza Bra and the other tourist attractions,

Hotel itself had a run down feeling to it. Although it advised that internet was available in both the rooms and common areas the internet did not work atall during our stay. Breakfast although included in the room rate was not very appealing and the breakfast room had curtains closed giving the restaurant a very dull and drab feeling, very uninviting.

A ten on location, central but quiet. Fairly good breakfast,(cold breakfast),

Very small room ( I was a solo traveller).

The staff were the best thing ...they were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble for them, although they were a bit hesitant when they found I had lost my passport! Luckily I found it again at the airport. We had one of the worst rooms, judging from the open doors as we passed through the corridor, but the bed was really comfortable so fine for a weekend.

Location was good. City parking lot was close by, although somewhat expensive. My particular room was quiet, although the general area could be noisy.

Bed was hard.

Access is quite difficult by car.

The location of the hotel was very close to all of the key attractions of the city.However it would be difficult to find without the help of a local,since it is on a small side street,but it is quiet.Nice

The room was very nice and clean, the staff very friendly and helpfull, perfect location, great value for the money

A very nice hotel with a perfect location for central Verona. Underground car park a little expensive at €25 and felt the room was expensive for what it is, but I think you pay for the location which could not be better. Cant fault he room, services or staff, just a little expensive that all. Having said that Verona it's self it quite expensive.
