The price/quality ratio was excellent if considering a special offer price. Normal price is too high for the hotel standard. The hotel facilities are great, the restaurant has very good level. Rooms are confortable and parking is free. Staff provided good touristic information about the surroundings area. The non availability of touristic maps of the wonderful region of Emiglia Romagna (castles, wine & chees farms, etc). The prices of all extras (internet, services, dinner at the hotel) are way too high. There is no public transportation to Parma at evenings. Normal price of the hotel is too expensive - look for the special offers. |

il prezzo era conveniente nulla di più ristorante certamente non all'altezza di un albergo di 4 stelle anche se il personale era molto gentile, lo stesso dicasi per la prima colazione |

Ci era stata assegnata una camera in cui lo split dell'aria condizionata faceva un rumore "gorgogliante" molto fastidioso, ci è stata subito cambiata la camera in cui l'aria condizionata funzionava benissimo!!!! |
