We booked this apartment because we wanted some outside space to relax in but still be close to Lucca as we did not have a car. It would be impossible to find an apartment with as much space as this in Lucca centre and it is only a short walk or cycle ride from the town walls. There is a great pool area, rooftop terrace with lovely views of the mountains and the apartments also have their own balcony or small garden. It was spotlessly clean with all the facilities we needed, modern decor and very friendly. You can borrow bikes and there's car parking. Perfect - loved it and did not want to leave!

The hotel's modern decor made a nice change from some of the other older establishments we stayed at in our travels around Italy. We arrived by train and it was a short cab ride to the hotel. We really appreciated the use of the bicycles for exploring the wall and moving around the city. We made good use of the well-equipped kitchenette. The staff were delightful.

We choose this hotel because of the location (near the Old Town of Lucca in a calm residential area) and the perfect set of the facilities - pool, free wi-fi, free parking, free bikes. We really enjoyed the stay. Everything was exactly the same as it was described on Booking.com. The design is nice and the equipment is new. Our Apartment was very spacious and had everything you need in for a family room. The kitchen was completely fitted. The hospitality of Mr Claudio is sincere and the service of the staff is perfect.

The air conditioning was a little noisy. It could be more furniture In the bath-room - it is big enough.

This place was absolutely terrific. My wife and I stayed for one week in July, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were helpful but not overbearing, the apartments were spacious and well-equipped, the place was clean and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the swimming pool. It is very rare to find a place that is both walking distance to a city, and a swimming pool, but this is definitely it! We loved the town of Lucca and getting to know the surrounding area. There are also a few nice local cafes and bakeries just beyond the pool to buy wine, pastry, or a great lasagna (Marco Pollo). Good driving distance to Pisa, Sienna, Chianti region, Garfagnana region, and the Cinque Terre. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Nothing was wrong or worth a comment as the staff addressed anything we needed in a timely fashion.

We had a wonderful time. Claudio was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was extremely clean and roomy with a sitting room and kitchen. Best part - theres a pool.

Gute Lage, ein entzückendes Appartment mit eigenem Pool. Sehr sauber, alle Einrichtungen vorhanden, der Kühlschrank gut mit Getränken gefüllt(gegen Bezahlung natürlich), Fleischhauer und ander Geschäfte direkt vor der Tür - also sehr empfehlenswert

Nichts zu beanstanden

Kleines, sehr funktionell eingerichtetes Haus. Apartments sind farbenfroh, sehr gut ausgestattet und haben alles was nötig ist, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool und eine Dachterrasse. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel liegt in einem gepflegten Wohnviertel. Kleine Geschäfte sind gegenüber zu finden. Der Weg zur Altstadt beträgt ca. 500 m und ist gut und bequem zu laufen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns bei den netten Mitarbeitern.

Das Hotel liegt an einer kleinen Kreuzung und morgens fahren viele Autos dort vorbei. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber für ruhesuchende Menschen ist wohl die Altstadt besser.

Vriendelijke ontvangst,met keuze uit 3 appartementen.Fietsen beschikbaar en stadscentrum op fiets cq loopafstand.Keurig,modern,schoon appartement met zwembad.Zeer attente eigenaar/beheerder.Bakker,slager en koffiebar aan de overkant.

Drukke weg,misschien onvermijdelijk zo dicht aan het centum. Wel wat harde bedden!

en fait ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un petit immeuble avec différents appartements, un parking et une petite piscine ...Et un gardien; il n'y a donc strictement rien dans la cuisine ou le frigo. On apprécierait un minimum, ne serait ce que quelques sachets pour se faire une tasse de thé, comme dans beaucoup de chambres de vrais hôtels.

Manca la prima colazione!

Prima verblijf, vriendelijke ontvangst en servicegericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Aanwezigheid zwembad, ligstoelen met handdoeken was prima.

Ligging aan drukke weg (Italiaanse scooters maken veel lawaai) en op route hulpdiensten. Tip: een espresso-apparaat in het appartement maakt het plaatje compleet.
