Hotel San Marco    

Good parking, nice lake view, quite, 5 minutes to centre.

Cold fried eggs for breakfast. No No No

Nice place with a good location at Lago di Garda. Walking distance to the centre.

We enjoyed our stay. The room and furniture were comfortable. It was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. There was a tv, a hairdryer and a little fridge. The stuff are very friendly and speak English, German and even tried Russian. We are very grateful for good service.

The most irritating thing during our stay was the construction works going on right beside the hotel. We hate the noise. Also I had terrible pain in the neck because of almost non existent pillows (they are absolutely flat).

I have been twice to Hotel San Marco and definately would love to go there again when traveling to the Veneto region.

Excellent 3 star hotel which is better then many a four star hotels. Fantastic location just by the lake and only 200 metres from the town centre.

Staff very friendly appears to be family run Hotel. Rooms good. Breakfast selection good.Pool was on the small side but met our needs. Close to town centre. We arrived by Train so 7 euro taxi not bad. Ferry terminal just a small walk away and would rec. a trip up the lake. Would book there again

The location was fantastic right on the lake and close to the centre, the pool area is really lovely as well as the upstairs terrace if u want a bit of peace, the staff were extremely polite and helpful and could speak enough English to understand us

Not enough sunbeds on a busy day, didn't really enjoy the breakfast didn't really cater for English, we wasn't expecting a full English but did expect to have a least toast and something warm, we had to ask for a warm fried egg every morning. Bedrooms need updating but were very clean and comfortable

the room was a little bit "tired"

We liked the location next to the Lake and most the friendlines of the staff. We plan to visit San Marco again because of the good atmosphere the management and the staff have created.

As a solo traveller staying for one night guessed I might get a small room with not much of a view and I was right!They have a decent enough single rate whereas many hotels charge double this time of year .pool small but v clean-staff polite.Great hotel for a night or two-for a week you'd need a decent view.

Location, comfort and a bit of luxury.

More wardrobe and coat hangers. This seems to be a general problem in hotels.

The cosiness, the friendliness, the small family-run business, the eagerness and the willingness of the staff to satisfy every need, the smile on the face of all employee. Furthermore the location along with the reasonable price. In short, evrything!

They shoul seriously think about putting protective nets on the windows in order to keep the flying insects outside.

Friendly and helpful staff. Language no problem. Food excellent and the restaurant with stunning views of the lake. I will be going back next year. Wonderful

Hotel room was very clean and everything inside the room was new and clean. Location was good. We swam in the garda lake and didnt need any pool.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the seating area looking out to the lake was very good.

The beds were very hard and there were no sun umbrella's and as I burn very easily I had to keep going and sitting in the restaurant area. It would be nice to have sun umbrella's.

Ottimo lavoro fotografico nelle brochures e sui siti internet; tutto sembra enorme, poi ..,in realtà..; la camera, n°306, rivolta ad ovest sul retro: è vicina ai 4 motori dei condizionatori, se ne sente il rumore. La finestra dà su una terrazza di accesso comune, pertanto va tenuta chiusa, per sicurezza -nottetempo- e se non si vuol essere osservati dagli altri clienti; Bagno claustrofobico.

la situation est idéale. Près du lac et dans le centre d'une ville très charmante

Ottima posizione,bella vista sul lago,parcheggio interno,pulizia generale,a due passi dal centro,confortevole.

Net hotel, leuk ingericht. Vriendelijke receptie, lekker ontbijt.

S'morgen's de bediening bij het ontbijt was traag. Schonken geen echt Amaretto.
