A very good value hotel in great location for restaurants. Staff excellent
the stuff was very nice.
I wasn't fully satisfied with the shower.
The staff were exceptional. The room was nice. The city itself a delight.
Was a great location for exploring Cities like Florence, Siena and Pisa. 10 minutes walk to Prato Central Train Station then we could catch which ever train we needed. Came back at night for a peacefull rest and reasonable priced dinners.
Helpful management and staff, good location
Staff was very helpful and friendly! Location was great--close walking distance to all the sights in Prato.
Great location for getting onto train for Florence. Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to park car. Good breakfasts. Would recommend.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff; good, abundant breakfast included.
Spacious room, clean, very helpfull staff
Near shopping, restaurants and not to far from train station.
Almost everything about this hotel was excellent: Staff, Facilities, Cleanliness, Comfort and Location.
Wireless (Wifi) internet connection was slow. The breakfast buffet han´t a really broad selection.
extremely helpfull staff, cleanliness, location nearby train station, soundproof rooms, excellent price/quality, breakfast OK
too firm mattresses other guests making too much noise in the hallways after 11 pm
The service was impeccable, and the location is ideal- close both to the city centre and to the train station.
Elevator, good breakfast, English speaking staff, central location
Limited parking capacity, narrow parking gate, small shower cabin, very simple furniture
The owner family and staff were extremely kind and helpful. We got even a gratis concert ticket.
Old interior in room
Everything! Staff, location, room.
Prato is a little jewel for people who like to meander in an old walled town away from Florence. Hotel is fully deserving of 3 stars too, and within walking distance to attractions.. Staff very accommodating; will help with advice and directions to restaurants etc (our favorite for distinctive Italian chef-art without the high price: MoKha, just around the corner). No problems with our rooms. Good choice for anyone heading to Prato. We only stayed one night but managed to take in the Textile Museum in the late afternoon, and a couple of medieval churches and another museum before we continued lunchtime next day. All on foot.
Staf particularly friendly and helpful
The location and proximity to restaurants, the service provided by the Receptionist on our arrival.
The room was very hot during the night because we'd been advised to keep the windows closed. We had to open them to cool the room down and then we had the noise from the street.
Parking in front of hotel, position near train station so you can easily reach it if you want to go to florence by train, breakfast was good, very nice and helpful staff.
