Hotel San Marco  

Location, just outside the noise of the city centre but still close enough to the major attractions (5min walking to the Duomo). The breakfast, included in the price, was actually pretty decent.

Strange smell in the hotel and in the room. Didn't seem like it was caused by lack of hygiene, though.

Look no further! Hotel San Marco is centrally situated and very close to all the wonderful sights of Old Firenze. David is literally around the corner! It is clean, cheap and quiet, and Alecia(?) who speaks perfect English was extremely friendly, helpful and insightful. The included breakfast is plentiful. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will stay there again on my next visit!

Fantastic location, clean comfortable rooms and great staff. I left my expensive sunglasses behind in my room and the staff have gone to great lengths to have these delivered to me, well and truly above and beyond. Fantastic level of service, I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Florence on a tight budget!!! Great place to stay.

This was not our favorite hotel in Florence. It really left a lot to be desired. Would not stay there again. Pictures don't accurately describe it but I guess you get what you pay for.

Most of all it was the caring attitude of the proprietor who genuinely did his best to see the guests were well treated. He was always glad to share his experience about visiting places. Was ready to oblige in preparing us an earlier breakfast when time was crucial for us.

Hotel is value for money, clean rooms, pleasant personell, light breakfast, if you plan just to sleep here it will be good for you

- On a main street, so street noise can be rather loud;

the hotel staff was very helpfull; the location of the hotel was in the center of the town, 200-300 m to the Doumo

Albergo centralissimo, a due passi dal Duomo e da tutti I musei e luoghi da visitare di Firenze

Mobilio assai scadente e mancanza di pulizia nella camera. La parete era sporca di sangue e di zanzare schiacciate dagli altri clienti...

Cercanía con el centro de la ciudad, está ubicado a la vuelta de la Plaza San Marcos. Buena atención y conexión a internet.

Estuve 2 noches, pero no asearon la habitación. Cuando llegue a registrarme no estaba lista la habitación tuve que esperar 30 min. Lo recomiendo si es de pasada o estancia corta, no para una estadía de más de 3 días.

O atendimento pretado pelo dono, foi excelente. A localização do hotel é ótima, pertíssimo da Piazza San Marco, muito fácil, e perto também do terminal de trem.

A internet possuia sinal muito fraco no quarto.
