The location of the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. The furniture of the rooms could be changed. The entrance of the building should be repaired and painted as the bad smell was terrible and very bad appearance |

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, great location - one block from the David. Locks on door didn't seem very secure, beds weren't very comfortable, atmosphere was more like a hostel than a hotel. |

The staff was very friendly with their daughter speaking fluent English. The rooms were spacious and clean with air condition. Breakfast was more than enough. It was on the 3rd floor but there is a lift. 5 mins walk from the Duomo and the other main attractions of Florence. |

It was close to the train station but not in a great area for night time, especially if you arrive late. The taxi drivers would not take me to the hotel since it was too close and it was difficult dragging my luggage there from the train station. Also, in the early morning, the front desk did not have change that I needed for the taxi back to the station. |

The room was very spacious with air conditioning and was quiet as it just overlooked roof tops as opposed to a street. The chap who ran it was eccentric but charming though didn't speak English very well. He did have a lovely woman working there as well who ran the breakfast and was very accommodating. You were given keys to the building so you could come and go as you like. The room felt a little old, there was dust on the window sills and above the shower. For the price and location though, I was overall pleased. |

Very nice people at the hotel; friendly people working there. It's cheap so don't expect too much. Good hotel when you only need it to sleep and take a shower. Very close to the citycenter. Room and bathroom really need a make-over. |

Location was very good: close to rr station and main Florence attractions. Clean, comfortable room. Owner was pretty unfriendly, very impatient type person. Value for room was not especially good due to poor breakfast offered. Very sad breakfast offered. Unfriendly old man to deal with. |

The only good thing about the Hotel was it's proximity to the Galleria D'Accadamia where Michelangelo's David is housed. Parking is non-existant and you have to give your car keys to a man you've never met and he tells you he will bring the car back when you want it, at 20 euros a day. The elevator is 1920's/1930's in construction and only holds one person and one suitcase. |

Location is perfect, waiter and concierge is a kind and friendly old gentleman, breakfast was OK. Room was at side of noisy street, we needed our ear plugs to sleep well. |

The proprietor was welcoming and really sweet. Hotel was around the corner from the Accademia and down the street from the Duomo. There was a great patisserie next to the hotel as well. |

Very central for the city's top attractions. Suits independant travellers, accommodation is basic, but clean - you are getting what you pay for, as they charge a fair price. Entrance was not very welcoming. |

Andrea the hotel owner was friend (if not over friendly!) and offered me tea and snacks when i arrived. i was offered the best room available. i booked single ensuite and was given a triple room (very big room). hotel location was great too, abt 15mins walk from train station and its right behind Museo dell'academia. so easy to walk back i could enjoy one of the Mediterranean siesta during the... |

The location of the hotel was excellent: in the middle of the town. The price was good The services were very poor: breakfast was not much. There are no parking facilities. |

The staff was kind and helpful, my room was great and had an amazing view, and the breakfast was the best I've had since being in Italy. Great Location, too. |

The staff. They were very helpful and nice. They left a pink balloon on the bed for our 2 year, while we were out. The breakfast was sufficient and plentiful. The location was great. For the money you won't find a place in Florence like this. It was a bit dated, could use a little TLC however the staff made up for it and facilities were clean. |

The stuff!!! "Il signore" looks like a person from Visconti's movies. He knows everithing about Florence and hotels. Very kind!!! The breakfast was good, the room nice, the situation of the Hotel excellent. Anyway we passed first without seeing the name of the hotel (is very small written). |

It was even better than I expected for such price. Central, clean, nice and helping staff, an elevator (not a trifle in a hotel on the 3d very tall floor), a free breakfast including fresh fruit, boiled eggs, yogurt and cookies, bed linens were changed every two days and towels -almost daily. The bathroom was OK, the breakfast room was nice and I am very pleased with our stay. |
