The View Great, The Room Beautiful, The front desk no help on any issue, The dinner was the worst in Capri he breakfast Terrible, Left out overnight, The Pool Terrible, had to pay for towels,inconvenient and Dangerous rope around pool, No prices on menu for lunch was always a surprise and a ripoff, No transportation into town whatsoever. Ride to hotel was uncomfortable and no air-conditioner. |

Good location, nice room with a view. Good value for the price; just avoid eating in the restaurant. Free shuttle not available for either arrival or departure so don't depend on it. Can reach by bus without issue. Food: breakfast is provided and is fine. Did not try lunch but dinner is a fixed menu. We tried it once and it was very overpriced and not very good at all, especially compared to the hotel rating and the other local restaurants. |

I thought the hotel was in a great location and there 25 metr lap pool was a great asset for summer in Capri staff could communicate more , tell you of dining and tourist options |

The five star evening dinner, the nightclub/bar, and of course the service staffs...the view was breathe taking...I will revisit in the future. the room was a bit smaller than I expected. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel decor was beautiful, but also had a comfortable atmosphere. The pool was lovley, clean and not too busy during our stay. The location was perfect for us as it was in a quiet part of the island with beautiful views but only a short walk to Anacapri, where there are lovely, quiet returaunts with friendly staff. It is also only a 10min bus journey to the more lively part of the island if you prefer the best of both. The hotel is advertised as having live music in the bar every evening . It had live music only twice during our 5 night stay which was disappointing as this was a factor in chosing to book here, the bar was also very, very quiet. |

The price (80 euros) was very good for Capri. You can tell the place used to deserve four stars. All the little things did not work: Not a lot of hot water, toilet did not always flush, wireless and the guest computer were not working (until I fixed it), paint starting to peel, I was given the wrong directions twice to the hotel....probably no more than a 3 star today |

The pool closed at 630 or 1830 after a long day of seeing Capri I had hoped for a evening swim. Plus the fact that I needed to pay 1.50 extra for a towel. The dinner was good but not worth 20.00 I have had better for half the price. |

The view from the room was fantastic. Easy walking distance to Anacapri. No coffee making facility within the room. Even taking into account this is an old hotel it still needed a "touch up". |

The convience to Anacapri and the bus system. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The views were spectacular It advertised internet in the rooms, but it was broken. The staff allowed me to use the hotel internet, but I couldn't use my Skype. The closet doors stuck and wouldn't open on the second day. I could not use the closets my last 2 days. |

Der phantastische Ausblick auf die Amalfi-Küste Es wurde ein shuttle service advertiert, der aber weder bei unserer Hin- noch unserer Rückreise zur erfügung gestellt wurde. Wir mußten stattdessen im überfüllten Bus bzw. überteuerten Taxi die An- udn Abreise erledigen. Bei 175 Euro pro Nacht sollten die angebotenen Dienstleistungen stimmen. |

Très belle suite avec une salle de bain surprenante et une vue magnifique depuis le balcon. Grande piscine, bel hôtel bien situé et bien desservi par la navette et les bus de la ville. Ce n'est pas vraiment normal d'avoir à payer pour un transat au bord de la piscine ! Nous n'avons pas trouvé le personnel spécialement accueillant, à part le chauffeur de la navette qui était sympa et efficace. Le sèche-cheveux de la salle de bains était HS à notre arrivée et malgré une réclamation à l'accueil il n'a pas été remplacé. |

Мне понравилось расположение, персонал, заботливое обслуживание, стиль отеля, хороший завтрак, наличие бассейна нормального для плавания размера, потрясающий вид с открытой площадки отеля. Местами в отеле следует провести косметический ремонт и неплохо было бы продлить время работы бассейна отеля до позднего вечера |
