The location of the hotel is excellent as it is just steps from the main street that runs through the historic center and right next to the church of San Nicola. The hotel is old an beautiful and the rooms are large. The price was very reasonable. Getting to the hotel is tricky. Even after following the yellow signs and driving through the pedestrian only zone, I still missed the turn to the hotel twice. I finally gave up and walked to the hotel. The man at the front desk was nice enough to drive my car to the hotel for me. The layout of the hotel makes it very loud in the rooms. I stayed there at low season and I needed ear plugs to be able to sleep at all. The noise from below echoes throughout the hotel. The breakfast was very, very basic and pre-packaged. Disappointing for a 4-star hotel.

hotel is in great location a few steps from central shopping street.. the room was lovely and very comfortable for two nights. the breakfast was slightly underpar for a hotel of that stature.

Cortesia e disponibilità del personale. L'ultimo cartello color nero, in luogo di tutti I precedenti ( gialli) mi ha ingannato, costringendomi ad un difficoltoso percorso alternativo.

Aide du personnel de la reception pour acceder à l hotel certes central mais situé en zone pietonne. Parking payant assuré par lhotel Joli cadre pour le petit dejeuner Chambre minuscule, sombre, décoration ayant mal vieilli, mal aérée Pas du tout le niveau d un 4 etoiles (2 ou 3 maximum)
