The hotel is o.k for 4-stars,Breakfast is enough but is not like the German or Swiss breakfast in varaity. The location is far from city center and the hotel does not provide a shuttel bus to/from the city center at late hour |

The hotel was well appointed with good size rooms, sea views, and reasonable restaurant, and only a 25 minute walk from the center of Palermo, there was also good local bus service, with no need to take a taxi, There was also an excellent sicilian restaurant Agridolce next door to the hotel with wonderful food at reasonable price. The staff was also very accomodating to our needs. |

Nice view from the roof. Friendly staff. Located within walking distance of historic city center. Stayed there two nights first week of October - great weather and therefore a bit disappointing that swimming-pool at the roof was closed. |

Nice hotel but located out from the city old center. Rooms are clean. The breakfast is fair. It has a free parking which is a huge advantage for people traveling with car. The staff is not very responsive. Besides the basic hotel issues they do not make any effort to help you. |

It is conveniente and the price/quality relationship is very good. It is a out of the city sights. I recommend it if you have a car. Beware that you might not get the beautiful sea view that is in the photographs. |

Location is not ideal for travellers without a car - it's too far from the city centre to walk and the area is very poor and run down. There is however a shuttle bus available, nevertheless in evenings it's not that useful. |

The View was beautiful and the desk staff helpful. I accidently left my mobile in the room after I checked out. I enquired about it with the hotel and have yet to receive any answer. One would think they would value their reputation more. |

The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. The pool on the roof was great as were the pre dinner drinks. We very much enjoyed our stay and would go back Watch out for the taxis over charging. You can get the bus into the centre of town from just outside the hotel for 90cents but hiring a car is worthwhile to get the most from the area. |

The swimming pool, nice, big and never overcrowded. Breakfast, with high quality fresh croissants, and also scrumbled eggs and rushers are available. Conditioning air everywhere in the hotel.Nice view from the swimming pool. Decor is a bit old around the hotel, fruit juices for breakfast are orrible. Need to get the bus to go to the city,but its just 5 minutes by bus and bus stop in right in front of the hotel. |

De var løsningsorienterede, ved problemer med internet. Da dækningen af det trådløse net ikke var god nok tilbød de os et andet værelse i stedet. De bør få klaret dækningsproblemer ved det trådløse internet, da det vil blive en naturlig del af rejsendes behov at have netadgang. Gratis trådløst net vil være et godt salgsparameter for businesskunder og ferierende med egen minibærbare pc. |
