This elegant 18th century Baroque town house is in the historic center of Palermo. Its contemporary rooms have a flat-screen satellite TV, just 500 ft from Piazza Marina.
Score from 779 reviews Very good
great view from the upper floors.
needs refurbishment, far from the city center. Old
This hotel might be not what you can expect from modern 4 stars - maybe little bit old building and remodeling but definitely - service and food (we had delicious caprese and jamon con melon for dinners) and clean rooms and polite staff - prove this hotel deserves its stars. Also sea view from our 11th floor room and swimming pool on the roof were very nice.
croissances little bit far from the city center - but there is a bus station right in front of the hotel where every 10 min bus can take you to the city center or u can enjoy 30 min walk
Soacious accomodation and parking which can be a problem in Palermo.Good food in the restaurant reasonably priced
The head waiter needed to be a liitle less serious and more human !
Too old hotel with higher potential needs to be refernished,
View from the roof, service and food
Huge rooms, good facilities in the hotel makes
Bad wifi connection
Great views over looking the ocean, amazing breakfast,WiFi worked in public areas, rooftop pool is nice
No WiFi in rooms, quite far away if you're walking but connected well with public transport
Parking available, Pool at the roof top
Poor customer service, no wi-fi in room (although advertised so), definitely very low 4 star quality.
free parking, great pool, spacious rooms, good breakfast
WiFi practically only in the lobby, a bit of a walk from the city centre
rooftop pool with views large rooms
big room. ATM facility inside hotel. good breakfast
The bathroom was dirty and there was a plumbing problem in the bathtub (not strained water).Τhe carpet was quite dirty. The view from the hotel was tremendous (barracks buildings etc) and it had a lot of noise. Too long from the city center, no good transportation system. We had to pay 15 euros for the taxi! The staff was very unfriendly.
Staff very unpleasent, bad and poor breakfast. The location is horrible and the hotel is old.
Almost nothing. Maybe only the good wifi connection, but that is standard on almost every hotel nowadays, at least in Europe. The Parking area is also a good thing to have in Palermo.
Bad location and lack of driving directions. We arrived at Palermo at 8pm and it was a nightmare to get to the hotel. The location is awful, a very dark place, without comerce nearby, if you want to go to a restaurant at dinner you must have a car, otherwise walking seams very dangerous. The staff is very unpleasant, specially during the breakfast. The breakfast is very poor, all the fruit was canned, the hot bevarages are instant and tast badly. A very very bad breakfast. The hotel management policies are very inflexible, we had to change our plans and tried to cancel the last two days. We speak with the hotel at least 3 days before, which is a good timeframe for them to provide the cancelation, and the hotel doens't allow the cancelation. So, pay special attention to your reservation, once booked with this hotel you cannot change anything else anymore. In Short, stay away from this hotel.
Large room. Free wifi. Free parking. Good breakfast.
